To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 鰂魚涌越開越多標榜「蕃茄濃湯」及日式炒蛋作名物的店舖「旺記」便是其中一間。每次經過旺記門口都是人山人海,外賣堂食都要等上最少15分鐘。這天終於一試堂食了!午市套餐依舊是我的最愛- 「特濃蕃茄湯餐肉粒通粉」配日本炒滑蛋及多士麥包一片!蕃茄湯味濃,但未見鮮茄或茄蓉材料。餐肉粒煎香又彈牙,讚!但餐肉粒的份量就.... 有圖有真相 炒蛋沒花巧,簡單就是最好的原味,嫩滑。麥包卻有點失望,雖然烘烤了一點點,但可能放久了才出餐,所以完全沒有丁點兒香脆反而已經變硬了,失分了!套餐,我配以熱柚子蜜,柚子味未夠濃,味道一般。
