趁著平日放假去一些星期六日爆棚的餐廳,所以我去了這間出名人山人海的華嫂餐室,四點鐘去到果然冇乜人,不需等便可入座,餐室員工好像知道快要放工,放慢步伐沒有太大的動力,我也可以輕鬆的叫嘢食,我們三個人叫了豬扒米線(湯底改為冬陰功,要加8蚊)、餐蛋出前一丁、招牌菠蘿包、沙律蛋多士及飲品,單上發現員工名叫「舅父」,明顯地是家族經營吧,未幾,那位「舅父」就端來一杯凍鴛鴦及一杯凍奶茶,並打趣的問我知唔知那杯是鴛鴦,我便指著那杯較深色,太太就指另外一杯,「舅父」說今次太太啱了,「舅父」原來很幽默呢!說回食物,我的豬扒米線改了冬陰公的湯底,味道濃郁,辣中帶酸,豬扒軟硬程度合適,感覺不錯,我覺得要飲了大半碗湯才對得起那加了的8蚊。其他也保持一貫的水準,整體滿意。
