好一陣子無約呢位老友食飯喇,趁今晚老婆要上堂,屋企無飯開,就約佢出嚟食番餐。近近哋,就晌黃大仙一出地鐵行幾分鐘就到嘅「上海婆婆」,佢哋晌唔同地區都有好幾家分店,而呢家店就第一次到訪。個場都好大,樓底亦算高,所以,空間感唔錯;一淺木色系裝修,都幾雅致,加上擺咗唔少植物點綴,感覺舒服好坐。而侍應好有禮,招呼好唔錯,枱上嘅餐具都好精緻。照慣例都會影影餐牌俾大家參考,不過,本餐牌真喺好大本,成吋厚,着實有啲難影,所以,就照影咗個季節性餐牌俾大家參考,題外話,茗茶會收番$6位,另收加一服務費。魚籽煙燻蛋 $20呢款煙燻蛋喺小弟推介俾朋友試試,因為一來外間唔多地方有,二來確有特色。賣相已經好有亮點,色差嘅對比令賣相更吸引。凝香嘅蛋黃入口綿綿滑滑,蛋香濃郁,又有淡淡煙燻味;加入脆卜卜嘅黑魚籽,增加層次感。上海小籠包 $45嚟食上海嘢,點一客小龍包就大致了得解到店與店之間嘅水準差別。店員話小籠包即叫即蒸,所以,嚟到時熱氣騰騰,我哋都趁熱食先,雖然摺紋就唔算好靚好平均,但外皮搓得夠晒薄,咬開就見,肉饀鬆化唔在講,裡面仲有好多湯汁,食落又唔覺太多肥豬肉,都算得上有水準,沾上少少醋更好味。京蔥牛肉包 $48細細個嘅牛肉煎包,包底包面都煎得金黃,咬落好脆口,而包身軟熟唔黏牙,好有一種外脆內軟嘅感覺,而裡面填滿京蔥同牛肉,牛肉餡非常之嫩滑,更充滿陣陣蔥香,正呀!松子素菜配叉子 $88上海菜有一道叫做榨菜肉末,並配上叉子燒餅,我都幾鍾意食,而喺度發現另一道類似嘅菜式叫松子素菜叉子,又要見識見識。個松子素菜其實都喺簡簡單單有啲粉絲、甘筍粒、西芹粒、木耳絲、松子仁……等等,放入燒餅一齊食,燒餅香脆富芝麻香,松子素菜就口感豐富,夾埋一齊就滋味豐厚。砂鍋花膠雲吞雞 $118一心都諗住叫個砂鍋雲吞雞,因為有湯飲又有得食,但只喺見加多十蚊就升級埋有花膠,當然喺叫呢個啦,性價比更高。都唔好講笑,撈一撈3粒雲吞,好多花膠,湯裡面仲有唔少雞件,真喺絕對無將貨就價。雖然喺小鍋,都足夠3至4人分。先講個湯,加咗啲金華火腿,鮮甜得嚟有陣陣鹹香味,雞件好嫩滑,花膠軟腍有咬口,啲雲吞就包得好足料,果然抵食。綠茶芋泥餅 $28上海甜品向來都有特色,好似豆沙鍋餅、高力豆沙,就係經典不過。今晚兩樣無嗌,因為見到一款芋泥餅,之前都未食過,所以特別想試試。外皮好香口,最正喺圍邊嘅黐滿芝麻,綠茶味就反而淡然啲,但夾心嘅芋泥就好軟綿且芋香十足。雖然咁耐無到訪過上海婆婆,但從今晚所食到嘅,都確喺保持到水準,尤其個砂鍋花膠雲吞雞,就看覺得喺是晚恆性價比最高嘅菜式,加上招呼好,環境唔錯,值有再訪。今晚真好,一來同老友傾咗好多偈,二來又食到好嘢,佢仲好好人送咗盒小禮物俾我,真喺互惠共嬴。 continue reading

好多年冇食,估唔到而家嘅菜式咁多樣化,唔止有埋川菜,仲有蔬食menu,係素葷共融嘅好地方。🔸咕嚕猴頭菇 $88素咕嚕肉可以用素肉可以用猴頭菇,後者用料貴啲但好味得多!猴頭菇炸到香口,咬落好多汁,比起豬肉更好食。🔸排骨擔擔麵 $72擔擔麵好重花生醬味,整體辣度唔高。排骨軟腍又有肉汁。🔸迷你素春卷(4條) $42香脆嘅春卷包住清甜多汁嘅蔬菜絲。一碟完全唔夠喉🥲。🔸上海小籠包 $45內裏多汁鮮甜。最正係皮唔算厚,但又唔易穿。🔸野山椒炒牛仔肉 $92辣度唔算高,調味有啲似醬香乾鍋嗰種,都幾嫩味。同埋牛仔肉嫩到冇咩渣。 continue reading

今日同爹D嚟到上海婆婆食上海菜,除咗黃大仙分店,我哋之前都有去尖沙咀分店,價錢親民,質素有保證,菜式份量足且充滿家常風味,成為我哋的飯堂。上海小籠包(4隻)皮薄餡靚,輕輕一咬,鮮甜肉汁溢出,豬肉餡調味恰到好處,蘸點陳醋更鮮。 生煎包(3隻)底部煎得金黃酥脆,內餡多汁飽滿。上桌時熱辣燙口。 糖醋魚塊魚塊外脆內嫩,醬汁酸甜開胃,魚肉無骨且炸衣不厚,配有菠蘿,蕃茄青椒同洋蔥。麵筋素雞燒豆腐 呢個係素食,豆腐滑嫩、麵筋吸飽醬汁,素雞口感紮實,醬油香濃帶有麻油香,充滿上海家常菜的鑊氣。 婆婆粒粒炒飯鑊氣十足!米飯粒粒分明,配料豐富,臘腸粒非常之香,蝦仁好多,份量超多。豆漿 豆香濃郁且不會過甜。 continue reading

好耐冇食上海婆婆,今日同FD行黃大仙,咁encore啦。哩間分店都裝修得唔錯,古香古色。川渝小籠包,好有特色嘅小籠包。小籠包係紅白色皮,皮薄湯汁多。食落肉香四溢,湯汁微帶辣味。如果再點埋醋,更加可以食出肉餡鮮甜味。江南小排骨,排骨斬細件,先煎炒再落入糖醋汁。排骨肉厚飽滿,糖醋汁酸甜可口,開胃菜來講唔錯。外婆紅燒肉,唔單落入五花肉,還會加埋板栗,豆腐結等一齊烹飪。味道偏上海家常菜做法,醬香濃郁偏甜少少。五花肉糖色炒得唔錯,食落肉嫩入口即化,肥膏部分也唔會覺得滯。酸菜福花菜炒牛仔肉,哩碟餸炒得好有鑊氣。大火爆炒帶出油脂香味,福菜花香脆帶有肉香。牛仔肉厚切,入口軟嫩唔覺得un。砂鍋醃篤鮮,這品湯最啱春天飲。用咗新鮮春筍落入高湯燉煮,再用少少火腿調味。湯底奶白清澈,飲落鮮甜有回甘。春筍脆爽可口,火腿鹹香惹味,全部食曬TIM。 continue reading

黃大仙中心真係好多嘢食,無論南定北,今日就食咗位於地下嘅一間上海野✨陳年花雕雞今次叫咗一個例牌,雞肉雖然冰凍,但係非常嫩滑,仲要端上雞髀肉嘅位置,酒香唔算太重身,不過都已經滲透咗喺雞肉裏面,好食~✨上海小籠包食得上海菜又點少得小籠包,小籠包外皮好薄,裏面肉汁滿瀉,絕對係必嘅點心之一。✨松子魚擺盤好靚,而且面頭灑滿香脆的松子粒粒,炸粉唔會太多,保持到魚肉本身嘅嫩身。整體嘅味道唔會太鹹!推薦!✨美極油爆蝦真係爆到好香脆,美極豉油勁滋味連個蝦殼都可以食到!!!✨擔擔麵一上台就好有食慾,色香味俱全,最鍾意當然係佢無窮盡嘅花生粒粒,湯底好濃稠! continue reading
