今日去咗尖沙咀The One食嘢,呢間日式餐廳喺5樓。主打多款創意卷物。CP值高,環境都唔錯。餐廳以黑色木係為主調。環境採光好,所以一啲都唔會覺暗。蟹柳沙律蟹柳加蟹籽同蔬菜。再加入特別嘅微辣沙律醬,係一道好開胃嘅前菜。鹽燒白鰻簡單用鹽調鹹味,已經可以帶出白鰻原本嘅鮮味。埼玉 網燒牛舌牛舌燒得啱啱好,咬落好Juice,口感依然鬆軟。東京爆脆用熟嘅吞拿魚同蟹柳,中間夾住脆脆。口感層次分明。辣妹呢款壽司帶有少少辣味,好特別。櫻花蝦原條茄子燒茄子燒得啱啱好,好入味面頭鋪咗一層厚厚嘅櫻花蝦。無論係視覺定係味覺都好有衝擊 continue reading

這裡的卡位很有空間感,坐得特別舒適。卷物比較出名,我們都點了,還有一些打卡系菜式:🟣火山店員會在上桌的時候點火,畫面非常震撼!這樣也讓這個飯糰能夠經常保持溫度,還有飯焦!微辣的,明太子醬平衡了整體的味道,飯裡面還有帶子和青瓜卷,味道賣相兼備!🟣 彩虹卷喜歡吃三文魚的話推介大家點這款顏色繽紛味道也比較清新的彩虹卷,三文魚、拖羅的豐腴感和牛油果的清新湊在一起在跟糯糯的壽司飯一起吃,味道豐富,輕盈感十足。🟣螢光魷魚漬我喜歡他們特別將螢光魷魚漬伴清甜的蘿蔔蓉和蔥花,再拿一點青瓜絲一起吃,鹹味恰到好處,還有青瓜的爽脆,不錯。🟣芝味由原條茄子燒茄子超大一條,我們兩個人吃完全吃到超飽!芝士和茄子的組合比想像更搭,上桌最好立刻吃,拉芝效果更能襯托爆汁的茄子肉呢。🟣赤蝦刺身人多的時候點些刺身佐酒也不錯,這天我們試了赤蝦刺身,蝦肉很飽滿而且非常新鮮,完全能感受蝦肉的鮮,點一份都已經很滿足。 continue reading

以前在觀塘返工,經常去食古今二,反而如今在尖沙咀返工,就一次都未食過。剛好男友放工提議食,當然是good idea啦。每次必食龍捲風沙律,滿滿的蟹籽和蟹柳,還有脆片,入口卜卜脆又夠口感。卷物是招牌必點。紅粉佳人大大粒,有辣味吞拿魚蓉、辣味三文魚,蟹柳牛油果。吞拿魚蓉厚厚的鋪面,上面有蟹子和三文魚子,天然的咸鮮味,就是最佳調味。火山卷是男友點的,有帶子、青瓜,牛油果、蟹柳。雖然配料感覺差不多,但是那火燒的效果著實打卡!有點冰火二重天的味道。鹿兒島黑豚荔枝卷串燒,juicy又肥美。鹽燒雞中翼燒得皮薄香口。雜錦天婦羅新鮮即炸,好輕身,炸得香脆又邪惡。食物水準依然,卷物仍是高質素,簡簡單單又一餐,滿足! continue reading
