熊貓現在可以說是炙手可熱,連酒店下午茶都推出了熊貓主題。帝京酒店的獅房菜便以可愛的熊貓做主角設計出一款別緻的下午茶。而且用餐環境剛好能欣賞到香港著名地標 - 獅子山的壯麗景色。預訂座位時可以備註想要靠窗的座位,不過都要看當日實際的座位安排。熊貓樂園下午茶 (HKD 548/兩位用)包每人一杯飲品,可以選特別飲品且不用加錢,也可選咖啡或茶。茉莉抹茶拿鐵就是特別款,有粒很可愛的熊貓軟糖。上層是濃厚的抹茶芝士奶蓋,配上底層清香的茉莉茶鮮奶,拿鐵順滑中帶點鹹香。另外漸層的顏色加上杯子和飲管都是竹的造型更討喜。鹹點有四款,每款的味道和口感各有不同。就以煙三文魚蘆筍蛋卷配酸忌廉多士和照燒蝦仁配胡麻菠菜的層次最豐富。前者是嫩滑又帶點煙薰味的三文魚包著有甜味的蛋卷,再配上脆嫩蘆筍和酥脆的多士,酸忌廉則讓三文魚的口感更細膩。後者口感彈牙的蝦是以日式照燒汁煎香,再佐以有堅果香的胡麻醬+菠菜,整體味道濃郁得來又不會過重,都幾好吃的喔。另外還有意大利芝士雜菜蛋餅配香草鮮茄醬 & 迷你竹炭牛肉漢堡。外香內嫩的蛋餅很開胃﹐以香草鮮茄醬來調味吃落酸甜清爽,完全不膩口。小巧可愛的竹炭漢堡,牛肉比我預想的還要多汁,完全不乾柴。竹炭包吃落都是鬆軟的,配上微酸的醬汁,讓漢堡吃起來不會太油膩。甜點相對鹹點會多一款,而且造型除了熊貓相關外也有中國風的特色設計。像是這個紫薯麻糬酥便是以「毛筆」的造型呈現,還用黑糖蜜作為書法墨汁,真的很有心思。毛筆頭就是可以吃的部份,酥皮包著的是濃郁紫薯蓉和煙韌麻糬。「玉璽」樣子的是開心果慕絲蛋糕,說是甜點感覺更像藝術品。慕絲部份都有吃到微微的堅果香,內層還有開心果的薄脆更濃郁。旁邊那個只有熊貓腳掌和尾巴造型的甜點是咖啡杏仁意大利芝士撻。最後兩款都和熊貓有關,一個是「竹筒」造型,一個是坐在石頭上的熊貓。前者是很有層次感的抹茶紅豆麻糬慕絲蛋糕,後者則是芝麻味很濃的黑芝麻慕絲蛋糕,熊貓和竹葉是朱古力就頗甜囉。熊貓樂園下午茶不只很可愛,連味道都有驚喜。鹹點層次豐富,甜點則融合熊貓與中國風元素,能滿足到視覺和味覺。 continue reading
