To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

在我心中,它堪稱魚蛋粉界的“天花板”,是最好味的魚蛋粉。每次去,店門口都排著長隊,不過等待時間倒也不會太久,食客們一邊聊天一邊耐心等待,氛圍熱絡。一進店,就能聞到那股專屬於魚蛋粉的鮮香,瞬間勾起食欲。魚蛋粉上桌,奶白色的湯底,爽滑的米粉,圓潤飽滿的魚蛋,光是看著就令人垂涎欲滴。魚蛋Q彈十足,咬下去還會微微回彈,彈牙的口感搭配鮮美的湯汁,每一口都是享受。米粉吸飽了湯汁的精華,嗦起來爽滑勁道。這裡的通菜也是一絕,火候掌握得恰到好處,翠綠脆嫩,鹹淡適中,清爽解膩。不過,他家餐飲如果不跟套餐一起點,價格會稍貴一些。但就衝這味道,偶爾奢侈一下也完全值得!如果你也熱愛地道港味,一定不要錯過德昌魚蛋粉,來這兒品嚐一份正宗的魚蛋粉,感受香港美食的獨特魅力 。

我每次去九龍城,都必去食德昌魚蛋粉,次次都要排隊,但今次唔洗😃今次我就試紫菜墨魚丸河+牛油厚多士+奶茶☕️紫菜墨魚丸河:墨魚丸很爽口彈牙,食得出唔係工場交貨嘅墨魚丸🤔️一時即刻愛上,貪新忘舊,食物魚丸唔食魚蛋。河粉都係一樣夠晒滑🤭牛油厚多士:脆卜卜包加個凍冰冰嘅牛油,絕配😍我九秒九就食晒😆奶茶:很好飲,不會太多奶又不會小奶而會有澀味👍🏻值得一讚😄最後我想講黎德昌食野一定要帶現金,冇其他付款方式,是唯一唔好的地方😔

今晚去咗一間好出名嘅魚旦粉麵舖,叫咗兩碗麵,一個通菜,感覺正正常常。*四寶麵* 🍜:呢個麵嘅餡料豐富,味道唔錯,但係冇特別驚喜。*雲吞魚蛋河* 🥟🍲:雲吞同魚蛋都係新鮮製作,口感不錯,但湯底就比較普通,冇咩特別驚喜。*腐乳通菜* 🥬:呢道菜嘅通菜嫩滑,腐乳味道濃郁,但整體感覺都可以。總括嚟講,呢次嘅用餐經歷係正正常常,味道尚可,但冇乜特別驚喜。呢間魚旦粉麵舖,唔使排隊可以一試。

除咗招牌手打魚蛋🐟,原來佢嘅墨魚丸🦑更為出色✨。個人喜愛佢係牛腩🐂和水餃🥟。至於佢嘅粉🍜、米粉,粗麵和幼麵, 選料上乘,加埋秘製湯底🍲,根本冇得輸🏆。所以德昌屹立多年,絕對不是浪得虛名🔝。最近發現佢嘅特餐🍛都好有水準:豬扒🐷和雞扒🐔炸得好鬆軟,仍然保留肉汁。煙肉🥓、餐肉🥩、腸仔和紅腸🌭都煎過,所以更加香口。出前一丁🍜煮得剛剛熟,真係一流👌。特別推薦佢哋嘅好多士和豬仔包🐽。本人係奶油豬🥯愛好者,以前翠華嘅奶油豬都唔錯,但原來德昌才是冠軍🏅。美中不足嘅係佢嘅奶茶🧋真係好一般😔,唯有配搭其他飲品🍹。 不過做人都唔好太貪心😌,佢嘅食品質素已經非常好,所以每次嚟到德昌都會有選擇困難症🤯。真心推薦❤️!

德昌係九龍城嘅人氣店,讚嘅彈嘅評語都聽唔少,一直都想自己品評吓,不過成日都好多人排曬隊,想食都唔係咁易。今日下午茶時間嚟到,終於冇乜人啦,叫咗招牌嘅魚蛋河加多碗牛腩米。魚蛋彈力適中,都有魚味,不過河粉就有啲碎,算係正常發揮啦。反而我覺得牛腩都唔錯,雖然唔叫做非常淋,但係調味幾好喎,唔會太濃太鹹,碗湯最後飲曬見埋底。另外如果想加辣請小心,佢啲辣油真係唔係講笑,落幾滴已經辣到口水鼻涕一齊流,咁當然都可能係因為我弱雞啦!
