To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 前日去左位於中環蘭桂坊嘅Tokio Joe食Tasting Menu,呢間餐廳好有日本風格,燈光較為昏暗,好有格調。呢一個Tasting Menu由前菜到甜品,足足有七道菜,價錢係$1080,CP值好高。-炙燒平目魚沙律沙律菜好新鮮,味道上酸酸地非常開胃,而平目魚刺身相當有驚喜,刺身有輕輕火炙過,望落就已經好吸引。 -燒蠔&蟹肉燒蠔非常之大隻肥美,表面會放上芝士,燒完之後溶化望落就已經心心眼,成隻蠔一啖食落去,真係好鮮味。而隔離嘅鱈場蟹肉已經開咗底下嘅蟹殼,一推就出到嚟,食落口好鮮甜好有蟹味,相當唔錯。 -刺身三點刺身分別係拖羅、粒貝、鰤魚,大拖羅油脂豐富入口即溶,粒貝食落好有口感,而鰤魚味道豐富得來亦都相當有咬口,三款刺身都非常新鮮。 -壽司而壽司就有六件,特別驚喜嘅係海膽同甜蝦,非常鮮甜而且海膽嘅金味非常突出,海膽嘅份量仲多到就嚟瀉咁滯。而甜蝦亦都好細嫩甜滑,配上完美嘅醋飯,真係好想再encore。-佐賀和牛粒食完海鮮就輪到牛肉啦,機A5佐賀和牛粒結肉味簡直無與倫比。烹調得外焦內嫩,咬落口非常Juicy,牛味亦都好濃郁,配上炸到金黃脆身嘅蒜片,味道同口感都好有層次感。-海鮮烏冬最後嘅海鮮烏冬依然好有驚喜,酸辣嘅湯底好惹味配上訓練十足嘅蟹肉同其他海鮮個湯底簡直鮮味道不得了。而且烏冬本身都係主角之一,烏冬口感又滑又彈牙,真係好食到停唔到口。-芝麻雪糕食完咁豐富嘅日式料理最後再嚟一個味道濃郁嘅芝麻雪糕,真係大滿足。 -

一直覺得Tokio Joe嘅裝潢佈置都好日本但位處蘭桂坊地段又會霎時有份西方興味感覺像用藍眼睛品味日本菜兩盞醒目嘅騰木照吊燈暗黃燈光落於浮世繪木刻牆照出若隱若現嘅圖案—— 江戶時代人們大快朵頤嘅食相Weekend Bruch 放題囊括晒大部份我喜歡嘅日本菜式全部菜式壽司卷沙律燒物炸物都係即叫即制當然出品嘅質素我覺得係值得等待餐廳嘅氛圍感正好適合傾計3小時free-flow 正好可以慢慢享受美食前菜辣吞拿魚他他點咗3 round好鍾意佢微辣嘅口味夾兩片酸薑一齊食酸甜辣味道同魚香撞出嘅味道層次好有趣另外仲有好幾款沙律招牌吞拿魚就算預期發揮另外卷物都會令人眼花撩亂但低碳嘅我呢次就果斷放棄燒物與炸物各有五六款牛舌、雞肉棒、雞腿肉都可以炸平目魚必試到主菜就最容易選擇困難牛控順理成章點A5佐賀和牛薄燒 & 牛柳厚燒前者油份明顯重得多兩小件剛剛好仲可以追回其他想食嘅菜式當然仲有甜品雪糕、雪葩與水果拼盤檸檬皮包著檸檬味雪葩好refreshing 香氣同味道都唔錯唔太甜雪糕紅豆抹勝比黑芝麻出色紅豆好綿密同甘甜嘅抹茶超夾!

好耐無同朋友去食飯啦~今次揀左位於蘭桂坊嘅Tokio Joe, 食飽飽仲可以去飲番2杯! 有時唔知食咩好都會揀tasting menu, 因為咩都有d, 唔洗諗又有驚喜!⭐炙燒平目魚沙律薄燒過嘅平目魚香口爽彈, 酸酸甜甜超醒胃⭐燒蠔及鱈場蟹腳下一道係我最中意嘅燒蠔同鱈場蟹腳, 蠔肉鮮嫩juicy, 蟹腳啖啖肉好鮮甜⭐刺身三點刺身有吞拿魚腩, 粒貝同鰤魚, 全部都厚切又新鮮⭐壽司壽司全部都勁靚, 尤其係d卷物做得好出色⭐蒜片牛油汁佐賀和牛粒和牛肉質超嫩又juicy, 牛味好濃郁⭐香辣湯海鮮烏冬一鍋夠哂兩個人食, 湯汁好惹味唔算好辣, 入面有勁多海鮮, 超豐富⭐日本抹茶雪糕食飽飽嘆埋個抹茶雪糕就大滿足啦
