Dry-Aged Meat Introduced at Solo BBQ Restaurant
This solo BBQ restaurant breaks new ground by introducing dry-aged meat, featuring its own dry-aging cabinet. The meat is aged for at least 14 days, resulting in a tender texture and smoky flavor. Options include Kyushu Wagyu, Angus Beef Belly, Angus Short Ribs and Duck Breast. Recommend trying the entry-level Dry-Aged Beef Belly, or the must-try Dry-Aged Short Ribs, which have a fat content comparable to Wagyu. Additionally, there are other cuts of Angus Beef and Kyushu Wagyu available. All set meals come with salad, miso soup and rice, making it perfect for solo diners or group gatherings.

我最近去咗將軍澳南海岸嘅一人燒肉館食嘢,呢間餐廳主打一人燒肉套餐,價錢唔貴,平均唔使$100就有一個餐。餐廳環境舒服又貼心,老闆人好殷勤,由頭到尾招呼周到。我點咗精選牛小排套餐同埋九州和牛套餐,兩個套餐都好抵食,牛肉質素高,味道濃郁。另外,餐廳提供嘅醬料都好有誠意,配埋岩鹽簡直相得益彰。整體而言,呢間餐廳性價比非常高,無論你鍾意邊款,都可以享受到高質素嘅牛肉,絕對值得一試!如果你係牛肉愛好者,記得去試下呢兩個套餐! continue reading

一人客拿籌都冇用,三人團用餐優先。根本名不符實,建議餐廳改名。用餐環境逼仄,實際是簡易版本的日式燒肉餐廳而已。如果只是一人用餐,老闆是不歡迎的。可能是出於商業考慮,也是無可厚非的。只是一人食客無需浪費時間了,拼好團再去吧。 continue reading
