石田屋一直有朋友推薦,今次特登係銅鑼灣分店開幕來嘗新。我地叫左兩個dinner set,分別係基本同高級牛肉。牛肉質素好唔錯,神戶牛入口即化,份量十足,絕對唔會不夠飽。套餐中除了牛肉仲有前菜刺身、主食和甜品。本來以為同其他燒肉餐廳一樣,跟餐會附上日本珍珠米和味增湯,可以配搭燒肉,結果肉食晒等左20分鐘,提醒左waiter幾次先送上凍冰冰嘅冷麵和蛋花湯!呢個安排都幾有趣,無論季節同野食我都無expect過主食係凍嘅。如果係凍嘅,餐廳可以在介紹套餐order之前說明,因為餐牌寫作食事,所以無咁清楚,同中環分店都好大分別。同埋始終屋企人平時都唔食凍的主食。之後我地又等左15分鐘,甜品終於姍姍來遲,今次係凍菠蘿,可能我比較懶,一般燒完肉就想靜靜享受食物服務,估唔到waiter幫我換左燒烤網叫我自己燒菠蘿,所以後半段的晚餐食到有d吃力。餐廳人手有點不足,無辦法適當回應客戶需求。我希望餐廳可以睇到呢個feedback,改善套餐組合和服務,短期內我地應該不會再到訪,都比其他有興趣的朋友有個預期,一起幫石田屋進步。
