拍拖10周年咁啱係平安夜, 明白呢d節日廚房樓面都勁忙, 所以特登揀蠔吧(就算廚房忙,生蠔新鮮都唔會太伏🙈)去之前都冇乜期望, 但好少可由食物,環境,服務都咁滿意, experience好到6年冇寫食評都搵返個acc出嚟寫😆首先好欣賞餐廳有提供Christmas Set Dinner同時又有a la carte menu (可能以前食festive set經驗麻麻,好似係擺盤靚d嘅快餐咁), 先上咗seafood platter同oyster platter 生蠔同海鮮都好fresh 溫度適中 我平時麻麻地鮑魚都覺得呢度個鮑魚好好味!!5-course Christmas set真心比想像中高質, 特別係燒八爪魚拼千層焗薯,真心係我食過最好食嘅八爪魚, 肉質係超級彈牙!!! 喺節日set食到咁高質嘅appetiser我真係喜出望外, main嘅原條焗紅𩶘魚真係巨大條,肉質仲好滑除咗食物高質, 呢度嘅service先係最impress到我, 今日full house,仲要冇分頭輪尾輪, 枱枱入嚟嘅時間都唔同,食嘅野/次序都唔同, 要manage全部枱course嘅次序真係唔易,但眼見枱枱都真係食完一個course就接住下個course 完全唔亂, 今晚咁忙仲keep住不停有人斟水, 食完一味就有人收碟, 仲個個course都offer俾sharing plate我地(雖然我地唔想嘥咁多碟所以冇要😂)甜品環節, 一上枱 嘩!好靚!! 今日平安夜完全明廚房勁忙, 其實就算entertain唔到寫碟我都完全理解 所以完全expect唔到佢地咁俾心機畫隻碟(d字仲要勁幼身勁靚😫)仲幫手插埋老公帶嚟嘅蠟燭, 老闆娘(好靚的)仲仲送咗好出名嘅香蕉拖肥批😍 好開心十週年嚟咗呢度慶祝❤️ continue reading
