今晚去咗Hotel Icon嘅The Market食晚餐自助餐,真係一個好滿足嘅體驗!餐廳環境寬敞舒適,裝修現代感十足,坐低已經覺得好放鬆。食物種類非常豐富,特別係冷盤區,凍蝦、蟹腳同青口都好新鮮,完全冇令人失望。熱食區有即煮意粉、烤牛肉同中式小炒,烤牛肉火候控制得剛剛好,肉質嫩滑多汁,令人回味無窮。不過,最令我驚喜嘅係榴槤甜品區,榴槤慕斯同榴槤布甸都做得非常出色,榴槤味濃郁得嚟又唔會太甜,食完仲想再encore!另外,甜品區仲有芒果拿破崙同芝士蛋糕,款款都精緻好味。服務方面,員工態度友善,收碟同補充食物都好迅速。雖然價錢唔算平,但以食物質素、環境同服務嚟講,絕對物有所值。榴槤控同海鮮愛好者一定要嚟試吓! continue reading

食過The Market 10次有多,由二三百蚊LunchBuffet 食到而家$700幾蚊嘅Brunch,好食嘅話都會繼續支持今次約埋朋友喺2025-02-15 又嚟食Brunch食物質素保持到,款式多選擇,又有d新口味,年紀唔再後生,開始食唔到太多野,置在見下面,傾下計聚下嗰日星期六都唔Full, 可能真係多人北上左,少左人留港消費呢日食都都幾開心,但有樣嘢一定要反映一下,負責燒牛肉同羊架嗰個counter 嘅男師父,態度好差,好無禮貌,我想幫朋友拎埋羊架,所要要兩塊,之後佢好晦氣咁話:即係要幾塊呀!?之後燒牛肉要求切厚小小,回答左佢兩次話好,佢仍然第三次晦氣問:咁好未呀!?其實我都唔知做錯咩,buffet 都係任食ga la, 唔明佢點解要咁對客人希望下次會有改善,唔想食餐飯都無啦啦要受人氣 continue reading

呢間自助餐我諗都有10年8年冇食過啦晚市嘅自助餐要成千蚊一位都要早成個月去book 呢期做緊阿拉斯加蟹嘅主題冷盤嘅龍蝦我見好多人都有拎但係真心覺得真係冇乜味可言另外佢其中一個亮點係藍龍蝦不過我唔明點解佢要用藤椒去煮有啲浪費咗佢嘅鮮味阿拉斯加長腳蟹等嘅時間比較耐同埋每次只可以攞兩嚿熱葷方面,比目魚非常之滑…有驚喜💯鍾意食榴槤嘅,當然會比佢嘅甜品吸引佢甜品款式雖然唔係好多,但係其實每款都幾好食榴槤雪糕可以encore最後食咗兩個Godiva嘅雪糕完滿結束✔️ continue reading

之前一直都聽聞,The Market 勝價比高,但係好難訂位。今次終於一試。首先訂位冇想像中難🥳🥳🥳,可能好多人離港消費。知悉係榴槤主題,主要係甜品,但係冇諗過有咁多款式。最正係新鮮榴槤容,一個字「正」。如果沒有大多Quota,我會選擇榴槤容😍,而放棄榴槤雪糕 🍧一般軟雪糕食得多,呢個係 Godiva 軟雪糕除咗甜點,咸點都非常出色。特別喜歡:喇沙、蟹腳伊面、星州咖喱雞、芝士焗蠔、龍蝦🦞西班牙飯。因為農曆新年,有個*三文魚撈起* 🧧🧧🧧大家都食得好開心🥰🥰🥰已經決定下次再嚟 continue reading
