週末酷熱天氣下的銅鑼灣,街上人多車多實在不宜久留,找間餐廳在冷氣下歎個Lunch,涼爽又Relax。這間餐廳的空間和座位算多,Semi-Buffet Lunch的CP值很不錯,客人很多,不少是一家大細出巡,幸好有預約,不然就要餓著肚子等位了。Semi-Buffet Lunch $98任食前菜及甜品,質素不馬虎。不但可自Mix Caesar Salad,還有幾款特式沙律選擇。熱辣辣的炸雞塊和薯條也很值得Encore。甜品有大驚喜,竟然連可麗露都可任食,而且是新鮮暖烘烘,內裡濕潤,不太甜又有焦糖香,Refill速度也很快。每人還包Soft Drink  or Tea一杯。Seasonal Soup是日廚師餐湯是蕃茄濃湯,酸酸甜甜,還有很多蕃茄蓉,熱辣辣又醒胃。Main Course香煎三文魚柳伴意大利飯 +$148Seared Salmon Risotto 三文魚柳外層金黃微脆,內裡鮮嫩。只以鹽和黑胡椒調味,魚油香突出。意大利飯外層柔軟,內裡略有咬勁,熟度剛好。還加入不少青豆作陪襯,口感更豐富,整體Creamy而不膩。10安士紐西蘭肉眼配薯條 +$19810oz NZ Rib Eye Steak 之前Dinner吃過這裡的牛扒念念不忘,Semi-Buffet Lunch都有Ribeye選擇當然不會錯過。火爐烤的香味和格紋同樣都在,外表微微焦香,Medium熟度下內裡粉嫩並保持著豐富的肉汁,搭配適度的脂肪,牛味和油香同樣濃郁。薯條酥脆,份量也不少。 continue reading

Bread is freshly baked, allowing the butter to melt 👍🏻. Fries are crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. Soup is creamy. The main dish ~ Rump Steak is the best, with smoky taste. I’m satisfied with the first round of steak which is medium rare but the encore is overcooked. Beef quality is fine overall, given that the bill is only $328 (including service charges) with unlimited beef supply in 90 minutes duration.
