同friend去咗旺角The Coffee Academics食晚飯,位於朗豪坊,地理位置方便估唔到咖啡店嘅晚餐都可以咁有驚喜!成間店嘅裝修好有格調,木系傢俬配暖黃燈光,坐低即刻覺得自己文青咗幾個level,勁啱打卡同傾偈。 落單掃QRcode就得**跟餐沙律** 雖然係基本嘢,但佢哋做得幾有誠意。沙律菜新鮮脆口,車厘茄爆多汁,個黑醋汁調得酸酸甜甜好開胃,完全唔係hea做。 重點嚟啦!個**粟米芝士卡邦尼意粉**真係正!意粉煮得剛剛好,煙煙韌韌,個芝士醬濃郁得嚟又唔會膩,加埋啲粟米嘅甜味,口感同味道都好有層次,好岩素食者甜品係**斑蘭蛋糕**,雖然細細件但好精緻!斑蘭味好出,蛋糕質地濕潤,甜度控制得啱啱好,食完意粉再食佢真係完美ending。 飲品叫咗**熱Matcha Latte**,抹茶味夠濃又唔會澀,奶泡打得綿密,飲落好順滑,仲要拉花靚到唔捨得搞亂佢! 總括嚟講,Cafe 食物質素高,環境又舒服,同朋友傾到閂門都唔會趕客。一定會再encore,下次想試埋佢哋嘅招牌咖啡!

今日一個人去完朗豪坊樓上office處理一些事務,之後到了朗豪坊搵食。看到這間餐廳的餐牌美食都不錯,而且有set dinner,又有前菜,又有主食等等~啱晒我。看過set dinner Menu~非常有彈性,可以選沙律或湯,之後揀一款主食,再可以決定加不加配小吃和甜品。我點了一款主食跟小食首先講一講餐飲~我點了一杯English Breakfast Tea,茶味香濃,有別於一般飲開的茶,又清又純,茶香撲鼻,非常不錯。我點選了配沙律,沙律菜清新爽口,配上醬汁酸酸甜甜的非常開胃,作為前菜一流。小食方面就是蟹肉野菜餅,兩件金黃色的蟹肉野菜餅,外皮脆卜卜的,切開之後非常豐富,放到口中,濃濃蟹味,而且口感帶點像薯蓉的,吃起來非常豐富。最欣賞是這個口感外脆內軟,濃郁又惹味的金黃小食。配埋醬汁更為惹味。這個小食非常推薦。主食~軟滑蛋黃醬配雲吞皮,賣相非常吸引,仲有一隻水波蛋鋪在雲吞皮上方,把蛋拌勻雲吞皮,雲吞皮半蛋汁又香又嫩滑,而且這個菜式非常的特別,雲吞皮又滑又有口感,大大片的,滑而不膩,十分特別。沒想到雲吞皮都可以做到這一道美味的菜式,有時試一試新口感,好過每一次都總是在吃意粉和通粉。除了有濃郁的蛋汁外,還有配上多汁菇類,菇類配上雲吞皮都是絕配。這道菜式非常豐富,而且很飽肚,又美味又滿足。餐廳的咖啡也相當有名,下次到來可以一試。

**📍 THE COFFEE ACADEMïCS(朗豪坊4樓)** 間舖環境幾chill,燈光柔和,裝修走簡約風,坐得幾舒服,啱晒同friend傾偈hea足半日。 **🦐 「帶子大蝦喇沙意粉」** 真心fusion得嚟有驚喜!意粉煮得al dente,掛滿喇沙醬汁,椰香同微辣balance得幾好,唔會一味死辣。帶子煎得嫩滑到識發光,大蝦爽口彈牙,份量夠晒大方,朋友食到lam lam脷,仲話「東南亞同意粉呢pair估唔到咁夾」! **🐟 「廚師推薦」** 見menu寫「廚師推薦-當季食材」,心諗:「吓,Coffee Shop都有Omakase ?」條魚煎到魚皮脆卜卜,魚肉滑溜到似食緊豆腐,鹹香調味啱啱好。甜薯泥綿密得嚟帶天然甜味,夾埋菜同車厘茄,清新得嚟又唔會寡,食完唔會覺得滯。 **☕ 黑胡椒龍舌蘭拿鐵** 濃縮咖啡同奶比例拿捏得準,龍舌蘭糖漿嘅甜度低調,唔會搶咗咖啡嘅甘香,最正係面頭嗰浸現磨黑胡椒,微微辛香喺喉嚨尾段先滲出嚟,飲完個口暖笠笠。

約咗朋友喺旺角食飯成日都經過朗豪坊今次決定喺朗豪坊度輕食同埋飲咖啡座位都好開揚佢有set Menu,價錢都好合理有幾個唔同份量嘅set ,可以視乎當日想食嘅份量去叫佢都係用code 落單好方便我地叫咗一個set menu ,要咗魚,同埋叫咗一個帶子喇沙意粉帶子喇沙意粉勁香一放落黎已經聞到好香濃嘅喇沙味帶子同蝦都好食咁樣配意粉都好入味,都好有驚喜盲鰽魚雖然個menu set 要加錢佢個魚皮煎得又脆又香魚肉都好滑配埋蕃茄醬汁就好好味黎到coffee shop 當然要飲咖啡唔會令人失望
