Back at 新漢記 cause the last dinner here was great.

Most of the customers there are locals and it was packed full of people even on weekdays. It is completely understandable given that all the dishes were great and the bill was an absolute surprise!

新漢記 is now one of my favorite Chinese restaurants!

Recommendations:

• 油浸荀殻 (The fish was fried to perfection! The skin was crispy and the meat was tender. 🤤)

• 豬腳筋 (Tender and chewy in one bite! With their garlic chili soya sauce dip, it goes so well with beer! Collagen in my tummy!)

• Stir fried baby cucumber (crunchy and light veggie dish)

• 鮑汁鵝掌撈蝦子麵 (The best part about it is the additional coriander they added. They added 芫荽頭 to the dish which has a very strong coriander taste! Great for #芫茜控)

Price: HK$300-500 pp (dinner)

Revisit: 10/10 (Strongly recommend and worth the travel to Fanling)

新漢記是我在疫情前便想試的中菜..雖然看見食評都不太好😅..但我始終都係覺得要自己親身試過先為準..今次網友們都頗中肯..性價比實在低😂😂😂..不是不好吃..但那個價錢這個質素都唔太平衡了(食客心裡🤣)..但有一味餸倒是有驚喜的~香煎墨魚餅..總算有一樣食到與外邊的不同了..應該加咗陳皮..好香哩👍🏼 ..三杯豬腸味道好但豬腸煮得硬咗dd..黃酒煮雞黃酒湯又甜又香但雞肉完全無味..臘味炒糯米飯一個字—油😝..其他的不過不失..

疫情下揾食,環境衛生是優先考慮。星期天路過新漢記,只有兩三枱客人,午餐飲$50-$55不收加一,相比晩餐價錢,便宜極了。餐廳樓底高,空間感不錯,問侍應生拿了熱水洗洗餐具,提我小心燙傷,有禮細心,加分。點了:A~蔥油走地雞飯 $55 飯量不算多,雞皮脆肉嫩,配上蔥油豉油,一啖飯,一啖雞肉,滿足。青豆做配菜,爽口無青味,油不多,夠健康。B~涼瓜排骨飯 $50  排骨份量不多,有醃過入味,軟硬度剛好,涼瓜唔苦,少少甘味又索了排骨汁,味道不錯。午餐價錢親民,不加一,$115能夠試試新漢記味道,值得。

B~涼瓜排骨飯 $50  排骨份量不多,有醃過入味,軟硬度剛好,涼瓜唔苦,少少甘味又索了排骨汁,味道不錯。

座位闊落而且座墊算厚, 幾舒服。

叫左個蠔仔炒蛋d蠔算大隻(見圖),味道就不過不失,飯同餸份量中等,唔係大大份個d, 如果係好肚餓既未必夠飽,我個日唔係好餓就份量岩岩好。
