新漢記由舊店一直食到自己搬離粉嶺,十幾年後終於係新店再遇,從來去新漢記都係廚師發板,今晚有爽得嚟有咬口嘅豬腳筋, 新鮮青瓜苗,醃得剛好又脆口嘅蝦醬骨,非常入味嘅滷鵝,彈牙嘅墨魚餅,微甜蜂巢糕,所有菜都非常正,味道剛剛好,兩公婆食唔哂,包返屋企。新漢記嘅特色咁多年無變,真係好多菜式係不時不食,你今日食咗,下星期再嚟未必會有,老婆公司同事之係早5日前食過,今晚問老闆係無,叫我下次早啲同佢講,佢盡量搵。留意到今晚星期五晚全場爆滿,而且有唔少熟客,聽到有一枱移咗民回港旅遊嘅,專登臨走去幫襯,證明佢哋出品,服務,都真係令人回味。 continue reading

平時除左去拜山之外🫢都好少會去粉嶺😅因為都又唔知有咩好行有咩食😀今次咁就周圍行下啦😊之後就黎到呢間鋪,裝修好古色古香😊好有復古同懷舊既味道😊😋手打炒鮮魚麵我諗呢味餸,唔係好多地方可以食到🥰魚麵好粗身好似食緊烏冬咁🫢又咬口得來又有魚味😚佢夾埋啲配料一齊食 令到呢個菜式提升多一個層次🤗😋茄子豆醬煮鹽焗豆腐呢個餸口感非常豐富,有軟淋既茄子🍆有口感既豆醬😀仲有香濃嘅芫荽同埋外脆內軟嘅豆腐😍仲有啲鹹香嘅肉碎同蝦米🦐舔舔脷指數👉🏻7😋/10😋滿分 可以一試😋 continue reading

昨晚,老公的加拿大朋友回港,去了新漢記聚餐。作為老字號餐廳,我們希望支持留港消費,但這次的用餐體驗令人失望😞。菜式和味道都較為一般,可能因為成本問題,份量也有所減少。最讓我不滿的是,為了方便聊天,我們選擇了圓桌,但服務員明知我們是4大5小,卻將我們安排在人來人往的桌子上,還要求我們坐得緊一點,留兩個空位讓人過。我禮貌地請她改坐內面的桌子,可以傾下計,但她不但拒絕,還回應說「要聊天就坐長桌啦」。用餐1.5小時後,我們突然被要求結帳,說要交桌子,卻不詢問我們桌上的飯菜是否已經吃完(而且訂位時也沒有提示用餐時間)。我真心希望他們能夠改善招牌菜的質量,除了菜品,服務態度也亟需提升。我不希望北區失去這間老字號餐廳。 continue reading

今晚在新漢記和家人晚膳,一向都好欣賞其菜式的味道,但今天想漢哥檢討一下其中兩個菜,第一個是蟹蒸肉餅,如果做不好,真的不要再推出此菜式,價格又不平宜(488),蟹不新鲜又细,用兩隻小蟹來蒸肉餅,完全没有味道又满是水,一看就知道用了水蟹,蟹肉又削又少😒。第二個薑汁炒芥蘭,上蝶賣相差味道又不好,芥蘭沒有篩選好食部份,不如大排檔$60的薑汁芥蘭,希望能用心做菜,力求進步,做好新漢記這招牌,我不想香港將來又少了一間好吃的飯店。 continue reading

我們訂了枱六個人嚟食午飯,侍應同我哋講訂枱係唔俾嗌set lunch嘅,咁好啦我哋就嗌餸諗住你收得$200蚊1個餸應該都唔會差得去邊掛。咕嚕肉炸到燶晒同侍應反映叫佢換過碟好明顯唔係即時煮而係煮好咗好耐,侍應唔肯換然後聽到後面嗰台嗌咗咕嚕肉估計我哋唔要嗰碟咕嚕肉就俾咗後面嗰台食。客家豆腐好普通完全沒有任何餸料只有豆腐但收$200一碟。梅菜扣肉目測有六至七塊扣肉但只係得最面嗰塊係比較靚,其他都係甩皮甩骨收你$198蚊一碟。埋單900蚊。大家真係要諗清楚啦,補充一點,嚟呢間餐廳食飯泊車係冇優惠,但book枱時侍應姐姐係唔會同你講嘅。 continue reading
