To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日約咗波友去天水圍打波，佢介紹住客會所呢間星公館飲茶。我哋一行四人叫咗一個套餐，另加兩個點心。套餐包三個點心同一個炒粉麵。點心我哋叫咗鹹水角，非常新鮮。造型似紅蘿蔔好cute。另外蝦腸同蝦餃都係皮薄餡靚，蝦肉好新鮮，入邊嘅蝦肉好大隻。炒粉麵就叫咗個福建炒飯，夠大料足味道適中。另外點心我哋叫咗叉燒包同桂花糕。係水準以上，尤其是件桂花糕好香桂花味亦唔會一夾即散。

物超所值、 環境寬敞舒適、 茶具別緻、侍應服務態度十分好、 點心大碟好味、食材十分新鮮、 值得推介“斑片脆麵” , 斑片十分新鮮好味、魚皮滑溜、 齒頷留香、下午茶都有此水準, 實在是一個驚喜.
