諗咗好多日,諗緊寫唔寫依個食評,之後都係覺得提醒啲第一次幫襯的客人,所以寫咗今次食評!!!一入到去侍應已問我哋有冇book枱我話無,之後俾張4人枱我哋坐時間大約8點左右,成間舖只有一枱客人。之後侍應叫我地用QR Code 落單,真奇怪問點解成間舖無哂刺身食?佢話星期日無返貨😅心諗已經覺得好奇怪。為有叫咗一條新鮮燒魚及串燒及熱食。其他食物嚟晒最後先黎條燒魚,食咗兩啖覺得好鹹,不停叫侍應斟水俾我哋,忍唔住叫待應同廚師講條魚真係整得好鹹,之後廚師喺吧枱大大聲話只係個人口味,客人反應意見係想你有進步。不過你不接受,可以話下次留意下。態度已經可以影響你及食物。其實一條燒魚都要$350,點解要食條鹹魚呢?我哋之後冇出聲,即刻埋單走人。廚師煮嘢食冇心機又唔識尊重客人。 continue reading

這間店近宋皇臺站B3出口,步行約五分鐘。我試了蟹膏玉子燒和南蠻炸雞。玉子燒厚實滑嫩,蟹膏濃郁,表面點綴飛魚子,增添脆口感,味道鮮甜,當小菜很棒。南蠻炸雞外酥內嫩,炸衣不過厚,配酸甜醬汁,開胃又下酒。還點了厚切牛舌芯,烤得外脆內軟,肉質彈牙,撒點鹽就很香,份量適中。店內以清酒瓶裝飾,環境乾淨,氣氛輕鬆,座位稍密,周末可能要等,但翻桌快。服務效率高,店員態度友善,上菜時間短。他們還有$98兩小時啤酒清酒任飲,性價比高,適合愛喝酒的人。整體來說,這裡的菜式品質穩定,串燒和海鮮表現不錯,適合朋友聚會或下班小酌。 continue reading

在九龍城逛了一圈,晚餐選了「禮」這家居酒屋,離宋皇臺站走五分鐘就到。店內清酒瓶裝飾牆面,氣氛輕鬆日式,坐下就很有放鬆感。我點了蟹肉蟹膏甲羅燒和厚切牛舌芯。甲羅燒端上來時蟹香撲鼻,蟹膏濃郁,混著蟹肉和蛋黃,夾在梳打餅上吃,口感豐富又鮮甜。厚切牛舌芯烤得外脆內嫩,肉汁鎖得住,撒點鹽花就很香。還試了紫菜芥末八爪魚,八爪魚彈牙,芥末微嗆帶點紫菜脆口,當開胃菜挺不錯。店內環境乾淨,座位不算太擠,靠窗位能看街景。服務員態度友善,上菜快,還會簡單介紹清酒。整體來說,這裡的菜式味道穩定,串燒和海鮮都不錯,適合三五好友小酌聊天。價格稍高,但對應食材和環境還算合理,下次想試試他們的唐揚炸雞和清酒任飲套餐。 continue reading

九龍城小店最近挺多人的,這間餐廳環境以清酒瓶牆和木質裝潢為主。我試了松露半熟牛肉他他和厚切牛舌芯。牛肉他他外層微焦,內裡嫩滑,松露香氣明顯,配蒜粒和蔥花,口感豐富。厚切牛舌芯烤得外脆內軟,肉質彈牙,油脂分布均勻,撒點鹽花表現穩定。還點了古早蟹籽沙律,沙律醬不過膩,蟹籽和蟹肉增添鮮味,作為前菜不錯。店內空間不算大,座位稍密集,高峰期略吵。店員主動介紹菜式和清酒。整體而言,串燒和創意小菜表現不錯,但也沒太大驚喜,適合日常小酌或朋友聚會。 continue reading
