To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 搵銅鑼灣午餐有咩好食嘅時候,見到呢間好多好評就嚟試吓,係我第一次食印尼餐廳。餐廳唔係好大,得五六張枱,午餐時間12點幾嚟到,好彩都唔洗等位,店員係印尼人,亦都好多印尼人嚟食,同埋係keep住有人入嚟幫襯。有午市套餐,不過午餐都係得個主菜,冇野飲,價錢同主餐牌又差唔多,咁主餐牌就多好多選擇。叫咗個午餐印尼咖哩牛腩飯 $78加飲品原來有特價,叫咗杯青檸梳打有特價。咖哩好香,唔辣的,牛腩比較爽口彈牙,唔係好軟腍嗰種,旁邊堆配菜都幾好食。主餐牌嘅炸魚飯 $98好抵食,條魚好大條,估唔到有成條魚,因為單點一條魚係要$118,但呢個炸魚飯只係$98,仲以為係得半條,點知都係成條,好抵。叫之前唔知係咩魚,好擔心會唔會好多骨,結果係超少骨,只有幾條大骨。魚皮超脆,食落仲係脆卜卜,魚肉好嫩,唔鞋,亦唔乾,入面鎖住好多汁,同埋係超勁魚味。飯有白飯/黃薑飯/班蘭飯,炸魚飯係配白飯,又唔見有寫可以加錢轉班蘭飯。附上一兜辣蓉,唔知撈飯定點魚,食咗勁細啖已經好辣,用咗少少撈飯,用嚟點魚個魚味更突出。飯旁邊有舊豆腐,好軟熟好香豆腐味,仲有舊唔知乜餅。牛肉沙嗲串燒$38牛舌沙嗲串燒$42兩款都好香,牛舌好腍,牛肉有啲筋,沙嗲汁好香好味。最後買多件班蘭蛋糕$25拎走試,好軟熟,好香班蘭味。

好少會食印尼菜,係銅鑼灣行完街見到幾平,就入去試吓呢一間印尼菜。啦斯啦媽班蘭飯有炸豆腐,炸蛋,炸雞兩件,有塊用豆炸成的餅,仲有啲花生魚仔乾,個班蘭飯一聞係幾香班蘭味,入口軟硬適中,夾埋個好惹味嘅辣椒醬黎食,好好食;最估唔到個炸雞炸到外脆而入面係keep 到juicy。印尼炒米粉炒得好有鑊氣,調味都好適中,唔會過咸,同一啲都唔油,炒得好乾身,而且佢配料都好多。花枝丸沙嗲雞肉沙嗲兩款都嗌左兩串,佢個沙嗲醬好有驚喜,甜甜地又好香的椰奶味,個雞肉燒完都仲好嫩滑,好推介雞肉沙嗲,花枝丸沙嗲就正常,個沙嗲醬點咩食都會令食物昇華左。箭葉果混吉蜜甜甜酸酸飲完好潤喉薑檸蜜見到仲有薑絲係入面,薑味好重,飲完個人好舒服。班蘭施方蛋糕蛋糕好鬆軟,又有啲濕潤嘅口感,好香班蘭味。

香港甚少印尼餐廳,銅鑼灣麥當勞大廈附近有幾間🇮🇩呢間較出名,自己save咗好耐今次難得去嗰度實習,同朋友們試試有lunch set,包飲品▶️ 花膠雞湯斑蘭雞粉皮 ($88)招牌菜之一花膠雞湯勁濃郁,呈金黃色🧡入面唔少花膠、魚肚、杞子、紅棗、蟲草花、雪耳,食落甜甜地,養顏滋保另外仲有腐竹、豆卜第一次食湯粉皮,一卷卷似腸粉雖然有啲散,但食落滑捋捋又索湯,味道唔錯斑蘭雞出色😍五大件,多肉嫩滑雞皮爽彈,調味適中當然懶惰嘅我會希望佢無骨,更方便食用▶️ 斑蘭雞飯 ($78)都係招牌菜,班蘭雞同上面一樣只係換成綠色嘅班蘭飯💚食得出少少香葉味道🍚飯質黏黏地唔乾旁邊有雜菜配印尼沙嗲醬,健康均衡啲▶️ 花膠雞湯鴛鴦丸粉皮 ($72)▶️ 印尼正宗巴東牛肉飯 ($78)-味道比預期好食👍🏻尤其欣賞佢個雞甜品都唔錯,試咗個斑斕椰汁糯米糕,夠重椰漿味,口感煙韌軟糯環境同服務還好價錢以份量質素算合理去開銅鑼灣有興趣試印尼菜,不妨試呢間~

大家好今晚去了銅鑼灣食印尼野班蘭葉印尼美食就係維園對面店裏面好有特色首先點飲料斑蘭珍多冰都幾有椰汁椰糖攪伴後同埋斑蘭既啫喱一齊飲都好正宗另外一杯鮮奶薑蜜有好多薑溝鮮奶原來都幾夾主食點了印尼四天皇飯呢個飯一次過可以品嚐四種印尼食品當日有咖喱雞 斑蘭雞 加多加多沙律 同埋一些脆粒 斑蘭雞就有D似海南雞咖喱雞有幾多椰汁同炸蒜雞都係炸既外皮比較香脆仲有一件薯仔沙律就係豆角椰菜加左特制既醬汁脆粒就係一D花生魚炸香左可以用來送飯別一個主食係原條魚花膠湯粉皮 首先係湯粉皮 都幾似豬腸粉不過都有幾多花膠同埋仲有一件鮑魚燒魚係即燒要等十分鐘魚燒得外皮好脆 裏面仲好嫩滑我都估唔到燒魚可以有甘既效果最後點多了燒原條矮瓜 一共有四條特別在有特製既辣醬提供酸酸辣辣好有風味總括呢度既食飯都幾有特色
