1.自家製腐乳蛋黃醬單骨牛油雞翼(4件)+新加坡大蝦喇沙摻摻+即磨咖啡$98(9.5/10)
首先小食我就揀咗單骨牛油雞翼,呢個雞翼炸得好脆身,見到「牛油」呢兩個字唔好以為好油,完全炸得唔油膩,單骨雞翼食落又方便,正!
主食就揀咗新加坡大蝦喇沙摻摻,湯底好正宗,又濃又香,唔會太辣,配料有2隻肉質彈牙鮮甜大蝦、3舊吸哂湯底嘅豆卜同4隻蜆,份量都算多,超正!

2.香茅烤雞肉串燒(2串)+招牌無骨海南雞 配油香飯+桔仔話梅水$98(9/10)
首先小食我就揀咗2串香茅烤雞肉串燒,雞肉串燒唔會燒到肉質乾柴,雞肉肉質嫩滑,但係有少少咸,如果味道調較返好少少就好正啦!
主食就揀咗招牌無骨海南雞飯-配油香飯,仲有附送一碗豬骨雞湯,呢碗湯有少少咸,至於海南雞未算好嫩滑,油飯就好唔錯!
飲品就揀咗桔仔話梅水,飲落好清新,帶有少少咸味,好飲!

3.海鹽雪糕粟米脆脆$42(10/10)
另外叫咗甜品係海鹽雪糕粟米脆脆,呢個甜品插住兩條朱古力蛋捲,再加埋兩頭海鹽雪糕,海鹽雪糕唔會好甜,仲有雪糕上面放咗唔少小朋友最鍾意嘅粟米脆脆,呢個甜品就作為我今次新加坡菜之旅嘅總結,非常美滿!

I just had dinner here tonight, and unfortunately, it did not live up to our expectations. The evening started off on a sour note when my sister called to make a reservation for 7:45 PM. The waiter, rather rudely, questioned why she was calling so late several times, which we don’t own them an explanation. Instead of simply informing us that the restaurant was likely full, he said, "I guess we'll try to squeeze you in," with an attitude,which should have been our first red flag.

Despite the initial poor service, we decided to go, as my parents were excited to try the food. However, the meal was a letdown. We ordered the pineapple rice, which was soggy and lacked flavor. The cauliflower dish was equally bland and mushy. We also tried two other dishes, neither of which impressed us, and the portion sizes were surprisingly small. At that point, we didn't want to waste more money on food that wasn't enjoyable.

When it came time to pay the bill, the same waiter, Shing, approached us with a bad attitude while clearing the plates. He seemed annoyed that we hadn’t actively passed our plates to him during our family conversation. A polite request would have gone a long way instead of the condescension we received.

Overall, we left the restaurant still hungry and very disappointed. It’s disheartening when a dining experience fails on multiple levels—service and food quality. I hope they can address these issues, but I won’t be returning anytime soon.
