老公生日,佢鐘意食蠔,所以search 下,見到蠔灣d comments 唔錯,就訂左個”環球海鮮拼盤二人套餐” 👇🏻👇🏻👇🏻👇🏻👇🏻👇🏻👇🏻👇🏻我老公好大食,本來想食自助餐但最近好似冇乜食新鮮平靚正蠔既選擇,所以不如試下哩間,價錢都係人頭$1000同buffet 差唔多,但可能質素好好多我唔食蠔所以只能問男友feedback, 佢話平時幾鐘意食都好難食倒12隻,但因為佢法國生蠔又淡味食起到濃味,所以唔會太漏,又好新鮮! 全部海鮮都好正🥹蝦,龍蝦,帶子刺身,加拿大海膽正啊。。rib eye 煎得好香,睇相都feel 到內裏好淋,又夠大份煎鵝肝risotto 都超正啊,勁香,唔漏環境都好舒服啊,service 都好好,每道菜式都貼心,有耐性講解得黎,又唔煩總之食得好開心,會再去🩷

出面食過幾間餐廳啲生蠔啲質素都唔穩定,有時仲可能食到有腥味。呢間食左三次啲蠔水準都keep倒,起碼未試過食倒唔新鮮既,佢有十幾隻蠔可以選擇,雖然唔係隻隻有現貨,我次次都會要求職員介紹當日最好既,其次係Tia Maraa Pearl由其出色,次次都叫一打打底。另外龍蝦意粉都好好味,次次都會叫,細份夠3個人分,大份4~5人分岩岩好。今次仲試埋牛排都係高水準之作。佢仲有pizza,美式刺身之類既野我就未試過。(主攻生蠔)價錢屬於中間位,唔算好平,但食物質素絕對對得起價錢,直得一試。備註一下:我睇得出老細對食物係有一份執著。但係客人唔識餐廳既規矩/文化係正常,餐廳題供既服務可以更加貼心,耐心咁去講解比客人知,多啲交流,因為真係有啲人唔識食蠔既次序或者最正確既方法,餐廳可以友善地講解或者教導一啲睇落唔太識處理既客人。

每次一想食生蠔,或者海膽都會過嚟食😚種類較多,又夠新鮮😍食埋意粉就非常之滿足仲有Risotto簡通常叫一個生蠔嘅拼盤,再加一個主食就夠曬😋見好多人會pair wine!
