朋友邀約食飯,話好想食呢間餐廳黑糖面包。 聽過餐廳名好多次,今日第一次嚟幫襯。 餐廳地方都算大,不過好似唔係好夠冷氣。 被偏配較入位置,初頭風扇直吹,移開後又熱到出汗😅😅餐牌唔算太多選擇,原本諗住選dinner set但係又唔太吸引,而且又唔特別平。 最終選擇散叫, order左吞拿魚沙律, 蟹肉焗磨菇(呢個我幾鍾意,啖啖蟹肉), 墨西哥牛肉脆脆(份量多,不過唔太夠脆), 芝士蝦肉扁意粉(蝦肉同意粉算彈牙。味道,環境都只係一般啦,不過佢唔限時,約埋朋友食下飯,傾下計都係一個好地方。 continue reading

放假帶屋企人嚟 MOKO 嘅 Outback 食晚餐,環境闊落,唔迫好適合一家大細。叫咗牛排、芝士焗薯皮、洋蔥圈同招牌麵包。
牛排 medium 做得剛剛好,肉質 juicy;芝士薯皮熱辣辣,啱啱出爐咁樣,唔太鹹;炸洋蔥圈脆口唔油。麵包加牛油簡直係必食,長輩都話滿意。

清明節假期同朋友共6人去食,由於係紅日生日冇任何會員優惠,6點半入座準時90分鐘後交枱。一入座先上黑糖包,大家都食開味道冇特別,但我記得以前係其他分店食會叮返熱?今次兩份包都只係室溫,感覺味道香味都差少少。前菜叫左四樣:- 周打蜆湯:非常濃郁,根本成碗都係湯料,陪黑糖包食十分好味又飽肚- 煎吞拿魚:黑椒味到好重,改過曬吞拿魚既腥味,個汁酸尾尾都幾夾,推薦一試- Chicken cobb salad:份量巨大,6人每人分到一碟,我冇加汁去撈但係材料本身既汁水已經夠曬,雞肉唔老同埋幾好味。雖然價錢好似好貴,但呢個份量黎講我覺得好抵食- blooming onion:呢個應該係outback既名菜,不過我本人都係第一次係呢道食。唯一感想就係:好油啊!成個碟底都係油,頭五分鐘食落都仲覺得脆,後來我淨係食到花瓣既末端,底部沾滿油既部分真係頂唔順。個醬我相信係千島醬,由於個洋蔥冇乜調味,配千島醬或者茄汁會惹味好多輪到主菜啦,我地叫左個porterhouse五成熟,但成品應該有八成熟,而且人人把刀都好鈍,認真使盡了九牛二虎之力先拆到舊骨出黎肉質唔使講,煮到咁熟好極有限,但尚算有肉味。份量黎講6人每人只分到3-4舊左右。配菜揀左loaded potato,一如既往既好食;另外揀左蔬菜,一半都係紅蘿蔔片大家睇路最後甜品揀左兩樣未試過既:- 朱古力蛋糕:好甜好密實,一入口就醬住成個口腔,溫度又唔凍又唔熱,硬係覺得怪怪地。雪糕上菜時已經半溶,食落覺得係香精雲呢拿味。我鍾意唔太甜既甜品,我下次就唔會再點呢樣啦- Tiramisu:朋友話食得出佢用左ricotta而唔係mascapone黎整,其實我覺得冇分別,因為都係唔正宗,唔好食。整體食落都係得個甜字,冇乜其他味道,直頭連d手指餅都唔係好食得出,底部浸既expresso份量好少,整體評價就係冇味,唔建議。我之前係其他分店食開brownie配雪糕,係outback既招牌甜品,認真好食過曬呢兩樣除左以上菜式,我地每人都有一份飲品或湯,埋單每人250多少少。呢個價錢咁多款式可以話抵食,但好唔好食就見仁見智。加上近來全線好多分店結業,做左好多年既信用卡優惠都講明今年內唔會有,睇怕呢間餐廳都命不久矣,大家要珍惜食到outback既日子。 continue reading

很多人喜歡去Outback的原因也是因為他最有代表性的黑糖麵包,我們也不例外每次來到這間餐廳,最想吃的就是這個黑糖麵包。每次吃到這個熱辣辣的黑糖麵包也不會令人失望,不過其他的食物我就覺得意粉就一般而已。不過有部份食物也不錯的。今次我們點選了以下兩種食物都是跟餐的,有餐廳和飲品。🌟雞肉芝士夾餅我很喜歡這個雞肉芝士夾餅,因為外面非常香脆,內有拉絲芝士和雞肉,這個配搭非常美味,不過薯條就略嫌乾一點,每次我們也不會吃完。🌟黑椒火炙吞拿魚沙律這個黑椒吞拿魚生果本身很難不好吃的,因為只是沙律醬和沙律汁配搭新鮮蔬菜牛油果等等加上火炙吞拿魚,味道確是不錯,不過略嫌188的價格有點兒貴。餐湯方面,我試過這個蘑菇粟米湯不錯,不過上次的蕃茄湯就真的很難飲。 continue reading
