餐牌上介紹:
"Nocino" is a Swiss Italian Grotto that highlights the Ticino region, which borders Italy.  This area features a blend of Swiss and Italian cuisine.
What is Grotto? Traditionally, a Grotto is a place where locals store their, wine, cured meats, and cheese.  Today, they serve traditional Ticinese dishes like pata, gnocchi, polenta, grilled meats, local cheeses, and charcuterie".
餐牌內容不多,首試的兩款餐前小吃、兩款Pasta 及一款甜品,都擁有值得欣賞及令人喜悅的元素,坦白說更讓我即時有回訪的慾望!「Nocino」地方細小,應該是有點狹窄,但服務人員態度不錯,還樂於介紹及解釋菜式。而價錢定位對比質素是非常之合理,方明白為何每次路過均是

因為前一天飲用大量酒精,所以當晚只許乖乖地來杯 Mocktail(Mocktail of the Day) HK$45。對於喝酒的人,它純粹是一杯有汽果汁,哈哈!至於餐牌上的 Swiss Merlot,精選的白酒及 Rose,只好留待下次品嚐。

Veal Tongue Tonnato HK$128 同樣是牛,食材包括牛舌、墨魚汁、酸豆和酸豆葉,絕對是耳目一新的配搭。薄切的嫩牛舌搭上一塊醃製過的酸豆葉,不單減低牛舌的膩意,酸味是挺開胃的。而墨汁和芝士則有著中和與平衡的作用,不錯也。
假如用上厚身一點、經過烤香的牛舌,效果會不會更完美?!

通常菜式愈簡單,難度會愈高, Pesto - Cappello da Cuoco (V) HK$178 簡單以兩款香草和 Paresan 芝士泡沫製作,但效果卻有著意外驚喜。 
Cappello da Cuoco 側面恰似秋葵,原來是指廚師帽形狀的 Pasta。具靈魂作用的 Pesto 醬做得出色,香濃而不膩,令沾上滿滿 Pesto 的廚師帽,相當美味!

除上述解釋,Nocino 亦是一款採用核桃仁 (Green Walnut)釀製的意大利餐後酒,我們選了 Tiramisu+Nocino HK$100 的組合甜品!如果不嗜酒的話,單點 Tiramisu 就好了,因為濃烈的 Nocino 未必人人能接受。然而 Nocino 放在 Tiramisu上,卻來得美味可口,不嗜酒也一定會愛上。入口香滑濃與恰好的濕潤度,滿足加非常滿足的 「Nocino」。

首先是Ox Cheek & Pickled Walnut Ragù - Pappardelle。

漆黑的墨魚汁在雞冠形狀的意粉上顯得特別有格調。雞冠麪條是中空的,所以裏裏外外都吸滿墨魚醬汁。雖然它是黑色,但調味非常正常,可以放心享用😂。

這個配搭真的不得了,慢煮牛膝好大塊但非常鬆化入味,中間是濃郁的骨髓。米飯方面加了藏紅花一起煮,使顏色帶黃而味道帶點酸酸的,非常有新鮮感。

餐廳門口掛住walk in available 有3-4張空枱,但唔俾人坐其他位置,要搭枱。堅持2人唔可以坐4人枱,然後一定要坐滿一張4人枱。我食一餐,已經搭了兩枱客。食完成餐,仲有2張空嘅4人枱。我好似食緊西餐版嘅茶記。唔知點解明明冇人,又唔俾人分開枱坐。西餐黎講,價錢算平$168 3 course lunch set頭盤、主菜、甜品/咖啡 未計加一食物質素好普通,似快餐店西餐,連鎖店黎講佢可能差過pici.但呢個價錢就過得去啦。唔好expect係食正宗Italian。可以唔洗特登試。個Tiramisu似落咗魚膠粉嘅蛋糕,食落去唔係Tiramisu
