生牛肉配上特製牛奶蒜蓉醬、醃製紅蔥頭根、烤芹菜根同酥脆薯絲,他他口感嫩滑,豐富有層次係一個好高級嘅前菜🤤

用大量芝士炸成既波波,芝士味道夠晒濃郁,芝士控不能錯過🥳

🥩Burrata & Fig Mostarda 水牛芝士配意大利風乾火腿
芝士同帕爾馬火腿好夾加埋無花果+開心果好開胃~ 芝士要配埋其他材料一齊放入口先能夠感受到多層次豐富

The Italian restaurant everyone was talking about, which was previously difficult to book, has opened several new locations and is now easy to reserve. However, I was really disappointed with the food. The pasta looked unappetizing when it arrived. I wondered how it could still be so popular; while it may not have been visually appealing, the first bite revealed it was extremely bland—definitely a 1/10. The tiramisu was decent, and the beef tartare was good, but the pasta was a complete letdown.

雖然大坑係一個小小既地方, 但係地點喺所有大名堂既建築物附近而令到好多餐廳都變得易搵岩岩呢個WEEKEND, 同friend 去Chill, 我就揀左個地方食LUNCH - 揀左食瑞意FUSHION 既小店, 裡面有親切熱心既店員, 店內既Decor同氣氛都將我帶入左當年小朋友故事書: Heidi/飄零燕 同回顧2016年同老公一齊去過瑞士既畫面不過Nocino 係以瑞士意大利fushion 既菜式為主, 我心目中覺得有兩樣野相對impressive 就係1) Arancini Ticinese - 一個小小risotto 波仔加左芝士topping, 哪怕係餓到要快D 飽定係做一個starter 都岩岩好, 唔太heavy, 而且仲有quota 食埋lunch set 裡既pasta2) 紅色既pasta: Reginette - 小辣但夠一刻既醒神; 綠色既 Pesto Cappella da Cuco (素食pasta), 兩個serve 到埋黎真係將我同朋友張枱帶來了好eye catching 既色彩
