而家已經好耐冇人提過阿木台灣麵,以前我好鍾意食佢嘅下午茶餐,可惜而家出嚟做嘢就食唔到了,紅燒牛肉麵一定要叫片切,角切就會變咗肉粒而唔係一片片嘅牛腱,另外辣醬係一定要加落去個面,牛肉麵除咗牛腱數量多之外,麵質都啱啱好,雖然我個人鍾意更加粗嘅粗麵,整體嚟講味道偏濃,唔係台灣地道嘅湯底味,但係我個人幾鍾意

珍珠奶茶一定要叫少冰,試過一次冇叫少冰成杯都係冰,好鍾意佢隻杯,因為令到杯珍珠奶茶嘅冰度可以保持到,我好鍾意阿木嘅珍珠奶茶,真係台灣飲到嘅味,唔係茶濃飲落好足料嗰隻😂,如果有得單點平平地外賣就好了,老實講單點$30外賣又唔係大杯真係好貴

台灣牛肉麵都幾大碗,份量十足,d牛肉係厚切,好重滷水味,好入味,食落口感煙煙韌韌,唔會太肥或者太瘦,而麵條都好煙韌,吸收晒湯汁,湯底都非常濃郁。柯仔酥d蠔仔好新鮮,食落好鮮味,一d腥味都冇,外皮個炸粉都有少炒煙韌嘅口感,幾特別。古早味炸排骨豬排份量都幾大塊,豬排外面炸到勁鬆脆,而d豬排都好嫩,一d都唔柴,調味都幾好味,好香嘅五香粉味,都幾正宗台式口味。粒粒白桃四季春菜茶味好濃,加上桃味嘅清新,都幾夾,仲有粒粒桃肉,增加口感。金桔檸檬話梅汁話梅汁都係第1次飲,酸酸甜甜好開胃,加上金桔同檸檬,更加增添清爽。

蛋餅剪得金黃香脆,我自己幾鍾意嗰種濃郁嘅蛋味,而我覺得餅皮本身整得幾好,唔會太厚身覺得好滯。入面真係塞滿晒肉鬆,芝士唔會好多,但係都啱啱好唔會令到成個蛋餅太膩。

雖然個雞扒要等多一陣,但係上枱嘅時候見到炸得熱辣辣,啲肉都好嫩滑,望到個橫切面都覺得不得了,其實食住等都唔算得係啲咩。份量嚟講兩個人分享,我覺得差唔多,都值得嗌。

旺角呢間在豉油街不起眼的台灣麵店,原來食物非常有水準,而且很有傳統台灣風味。大約六點的時間到來,客人都坐滿,應該是非常受歡迎的。蕃茄牛肉牛筋麵 $79呢碗牛肉麵真有驚喜,首先蕃茄湯底十分濃郁,有蕃茄嘅味道,而牛肉及牛筋非常大件,非常厚切,而且炆得非常入味,牛肉好似牛腩咁入口即溶,大大啖非常好食,牛筋亦都非常大件,而且有口感。而麵質亦都是我喜歡的不是太腍的那種。整體這碗麵真是不錯。蚵仔酥(炸蠔仔酥)$49蚵仔酥炸得鬆軟,而且比我預期的大碟,裏面嘅蚵仔有鮮味,外脆內軟,如果要來送酒簡直一流。金橘檸檬話梅汁$17試了這杯金橘檸檬話梅汁,我就喜歡少甜,飲落清甜潤喉,味道剛剛好,剛剛吃了炸物,飲返這杯潤吓喉確實啱啱好。咁特別嘅飲品值得推介。雖然只是個簡單晚餐,已經感受到店舖對食物的熱誠,這間有傳統台灣風味的麵店,下次會再來幫襯!

蕃茄牛肉牛筋麵 $79
呢碗牛肉麵真有驚喜,首先蕃茄湯底十分濃郁,有蕃茄嘅味道,而牛肉及牛筋非常大件,非常厚切,而且炆得非常入味,牛肉好似牛腩咁入口即溶,大大啖非常好食,牛筋亦都非常大件,而且有口感。而麵質亦都是我喜歡的不是太腍的那種。整體這碗麵真是不錯。
