我地一家人去銅鑼灣行街順便去睇戲食個飯於是就喺時代廣場諗住揀一間餐廳試吓睇完戲就喺食通天一路行一路行途中經過一間裝修都幾特別嘅上海菜所以就入咗去試吓🩷由帶位入座至到埋枱嘅職員都幾好禮貌，坐低都即刻有人詢問我哋會飲咩茶喜歡咩飲品。之後我哋要咗胎菊😊經一位女經理介紹下試咗一個新嘅A5和牛龍蝦套餐😀食材都幾豐富呀,服務都好貼心職員都會巡枱，睇吓我哋有咩需要套餐裏面嘅食材，好豐富。味道唔錯👍🏻尤其係個主菜五彩龍蝦配西班牙伊比利亞火腿Good 下次一定會再同其他朋友再嚟 continue reading

十里商務套餐✨滬淮風味點心主菜甜品一次過滿足😋

今日晏晝得閒，就同朋友去咗銅鑼灣間叫做十里嘅滬菜同淮揚菜館試佢哋個商務套餐。聽個名都幾有詩意，加上喺銅鑼灣呢個地段，都expect佢哋嘅嘢食有返咁上下水準。成個Set價錢都算合理，可以一次過試到點心、湯羹、主菜、主食同甜品，啱晒我呢啲貪心嘅人。首先上面嘅係，入面有三款點心，包括四喜烤麩、宇治蘿蔔絲酥餅同埋鮑汁水晶肴肉。呢個點心拼盤真係做得唔錯，每款都有特色。跟住就到個湯羹，我揀咗薺菜黃魚豆腐羹。個羹嘅賣相幾吸引，啲料都幾足，有薺菜嘅清香、黃魚嘅鮮甜，同埋滑溜嘅豆腐。個湯底都幾濃郁，飲落暖笠笠好舒服。不過如果可以再少少杰身啲，口感可能會更好。到咗重頭戲主菜部分，我揀咗瑤柱賽螃蟹，我另外個朋友就揀左鳳梨黑毛豬咕嚕肉。一上枱就聞到好香嘅蛋香味，啲蛋白炒得好滑嫩，加埋啲瑤柱絲，真係有幾分似食緊蟹肉嘅感覺，味道都幾鮮甜。撈飯一流！至於個，個賣相就比較傳統，但用咗黑毛豬，就expect佢嘅肉質會好啲。啲咕嚕肉炸得外脆內軟，酸甜度啱啱好，啲菠蘿都好新鮮，唔會太酸。不過如果可以再多啲唔同嘅蔬菜喺入面，口感可能會豐富啲。最後仲有甜點。個湯圓細細粒，做得幾得意，真係好似啲卵石咁。咬開入面係黑芝麻餡，熱辣辣嘅薑汁配埋軟糯嘅湯圓，真係一個暖胃又滿足嘅結尾。薑味唔會太辣，啱晒我呢啲唔太食得辣嘅人。總括嚟講，今次喺十里嘅商務猦餐都幾唔錯。佢哋嘅點心做得有水準，主菜都各有特色，甜品都夠心思。以呢個價錢嚟講，可以喺銅鑼灣呢個地段試到咁多唔同嘅滬淮風味菜式，都算係抵食。下次如果想一次過試多幾款嘢，呢度都係一個唔錯嘅選擇。 continue reading

逢星期日都會同屋企人去飲茶食點心，今次轉下口味食上海菜，就揀咗泊車方便喺時代廣場嘅「十里」。餐廳裝修唔錯，店員亦殷勤，可惜廚房有啲混亂，上菜時間極慢，我先生都忍唔住離枱兩次，要到商場外面行吓。前菜同埋湯出菜嘅時間都合理，再上多兩個主菜之後就斷開咗，所以我都冇再影相。服務員都覺得上菜時間拖太耐，不斷同我哋講唔好意思，但係等極都未有食物出到嚟。我哋唔係叫一啲特別嘅食物，只係5份「商務套餐」$238/位，後來未等得切炒飯上枱，我已經叫佢哋上甜品。我希望唔關餐廳嘅食物質素事，但係我個仔食完之後就唔舒服。 continue reading

場內餐廳眾多，呢到食上海菜，幾啱口味環境：餐廳環境優雅，座位舒適。很適合朋友及家庭聚餐 。黃魚麵的魚湯鮮味濃厚，黃魚份量好多，可以兩人分享，魚肉肉質滑嫩。不過麵質稍為軟淋 。脆皮乳鴿即叫即做，新鮮熱辣，擺盤精美，食落皮脆肉汁豐富 。煙薰素鵝，名副其實煙薰味濃烈，上檯時以玻璃罩封鎖煙霧，打卡一流👍🏻味道喜出望外，素菜材料豐富有口感，每口素鵝都充滿煙薰味 。‼️服務員有禮，能夠介紹美食不同之處，對餐牌認知豐富，值得一讚💕 continue reading
