新年假期最後一日嘅年初四去咗拜完車公廟,附近就喺圍方搵嘢食,最後揀咗御家上海。行過問睌市,6:00開始派位,6:30就入座。大約6:20去攞飛已經成個門口都係人,好彩最後都可以第一round就安排入座。因為唔太肚餓,ordered 豆腐,脆煎小籠包,黃魚煨麵,蝦球鍋巴。豆腐係炸過所以有少少油膩。食上海野小籠包一定要order。呢間餐廳有少少特別嘅係脆煎灌湯小籠包,其實係蒸小籠包再好似煎餃咁煎個底,小籠包入邊都好多湯汁。雪菜黃魚煨麵,清清淡淡,起晒魚肉,麵係我喜歡嘅少少煙韌感。乾燒蝦球鍋巴,比較辣同比較鹹,鍾意濃味嘅可能會覺得好惹味。每樣餸上枱都係熱。但可能假期好多人排隊,所以waitress and waiter 都好似趕住收枱上面啲碟。

年初二,睇完戲後,又係搵食時候。 在商場四圍行之餘,順便搵搵邊間唔需要排隊等好耐。 最後我們就決定試試「御 ‧ 家上海」。 餐廳裝修以木系為主,廚房是一塊大玻璃,可看到廚房內的工作。而座位有點密,不算太寛敞。 鐵板灌湯生煎包 底部色澤金黃,香脆,皮尚算夠薄、肉多,但略嫌較少湯汁,較失色。 上海菜肉餛飩 皮太厚,不知是否菜太細少,還是其他因素,好像不覺得有菜在餛飩內裡。 酸辣湯麵 開胃的酸辣,輕微的辣度,加上配料十足,拉麵吸收了湯汁,味道尚可!

星期六中午 十二點幾到達,要親身攞飛,有些唔方便,如果有網上攞飛會比較理想。 接近一點入座,等咗大約 20分鐘。店內裝修精緻,有一邊大玻璃,但係我哋坐得遠玻璃位置, 座位比較迫夾,室內較嘈吵,但服務員勤快,我哋三個大人一個細路, 嗌咗四樣嘢🤩 有: 脆煎灌湯小籠包 · 招牌十景揚州炒飯·手撕 鹹雞海蜇·金牌大排湯麵, 總共食咗五百幾蚊, 餐前小食15蚊,13蚊一位茶位, 性價比都ok😙。食物算多元化, 同埋都好精緻,味道不錯,有機會下次再嚟,試下其他菜式💖。

圍方開幕半年,最想試就係呢間餐廳,有網上訂座,非常方便。蜜餞火方:包好大塊,火腿味道不俗賽磅蟹:清淡而好味鍋塌豆腐:又係清淡而好味嘅菜色鐵板小籠包:肉有鮮味,家人表示好味過鼎xx蝦蟹炒飯:出色黃金蝦球:新年要攞好意頭,黃金笑哈哈,寓意非常好。咸蛋黃邪惡美味,只是有一點膩,蝦球有8粒,份量ok。

蝦蟹炒飯:出色

黃金蝦球:新年要攞好意頭,黃金笑哈哈,寓意非常好。咸蛋黃邪惡美味,只是有一點膩,蝦球有8粒,份量ok。

平日晚上到圍坊想吃上海菜,之前也吃過家上海,但是元朗分店,試試這個御家上海如何。當時已經差不多八點門外都開始沒有什麼人等候。拿了飛一直等候非常失望,每次都只嗌大枱B , C 飛 門外大部份人都是A飛2 人。真的不明白是否因為大枱會叫多些食物他們不拆開大枱比幾對2 人入。最後等了個半小時,真不快樂。食物質素好,那個牛粒炒飯很好吃,價錢也相宜。上海小排骨酸度不足排骨肉很硬及鞋口。😨蘿蔔酥及燒雞非常好吃 脆口皮薄。薺菜炒年糕,非常煙靭,值得一試。最特別是那個蝦丸,看上去好像荔枝一樣,上面是蟹籽總括來說,如果不是那個安排座位服務很差,也是滿意的一餐

今晚同朋友食飯,對方黎呢度食過幾次,覺得唔錯想同我黎試下,仲早成個幾星期親自去到鋪頭book定位,結果前檯知客竟然話冇檯,感覺即時好差😒卒之坐底左之後,開左壺人參烏龍,但冇咩人參味,跟住叫左幾樣野食清滋小排骨排骨都幾腍滑,有啲仲有軟骨,酸酸甜甜幾開胃金牌小籠包湯汁非常飽滿,溫度亦都岩岩好可以整粒放入口,同時食到肉餡同湯汁,味道都幾濃郁濃湯砂鍋雲吞雞叫左半隻雞,雞湯味道唔算勁濃郁,不過飲落應該冇味精都ok,而湯入面都有唔少娃娃菜,正當我添第二碗時,就發現d雲吞隻隻都金蟬脫殼皮肉分離,都真係頗為失望!而中間係等雲吞雞上檯時,茶芥小食既花生白飯魚食得差不多,就問下refill係咪要加錢?侍應話「應該要,你等等⋯」跟住行左去,然後就沒有然後了🙃整體味道都尚可,可惜服務質素好影響心情,除非再有朋友想試,應該都不會主動來訪第二次👋🏻
