叉燒確實不錯,肥瘦適中,最怕食濃味太咸,太瘦又太靭,太肥又太油!味道剛好。整個黑珍珠套餐,反而本人最欣賞喺個叉燒。鵝肝和牛抄飯就一般水準,太油,飯不夠香。有個餸好似叫乾鮑扣鵝掌柚皮,反而欣賞個柚皮,真係有啲細個住唐樓嘅感覺,有種吃下去的親切感!釀鮮蟹蓋不錯,有種鮮味,不是調出來的味道。另外甜品可以挑選就最好不過,官燕做得再好都不是我杯茶,可況食不出味道,我就不評分。整體來說食物算不錯,服務員也很貼心。

-行四人,上星期食咗個黑珍珠晚宴,味道好,食材貴價又新鮮,但訂枱當天,已經話係正日生日,但當晚完全冇表示,如果送個壽包,會更加高興,其實壽包唔值乜嘢錢,四個餐另加甜品,都起過$5000,不是貪心,而係覺得誠意!兩年前生日,去咗唐閣食,同樣米芝連,侍應聽到我哋舉杯慶祝生日,就主動送上蒸壽包,小小動作,好驚喜,好開心,最後我重比咗$100小費,😂😂

小吃:琥珀合桃,有烘過,也乾身脆口,但可以更進取的深烘一些,也因為不夠深,所以感覺會偏甜了一點。XO醬:恰到好處的辣,恰到好處的瑤柱蝦米味,可能差的是把部分瑤柱炸一下的口感。前菜:叉燒肥瘦適中,好吃;意想不到是帶子是冷盤,味道偏淡點所以我加了XO醬蟹蓋:有點失望,忌廉椰汁味偏重,不很吃得出蟹的鮮味,是最後一下我好像吃到一整條蟹腳,那蟹味才出一點。當然那個厚度你要想想拆蟹肉花了多少功夫。花膠湯:花膠薄了點,但驚喜在於湯渣不是湯渣,肉是嫩的,應該是煮完湯再另外加的。柚皮鮑魚鵝掌:柚皮很多人以為在吃功夫,重覆的吸水再榨乾去澀味,殊不知其實有來貨,坊間很爛沒有味道的那種就是了。明閣的明顯不是,在努力的平衡口感與殘留的澀味,帶少少絲少少澀,但沒有很爛,有少少爽口,吃得出功夫。鮑魚和鮑汁,因為我吃過不少了,沒有什麼想說的,texture味道都很不錯。鵝掌根部其實有做到去骨處理,沒有全部去骨應該是要保留鵝掌的造形。btw伴菜是菜心的芯,很甜很好吃。XO醬龍蝦:醬香蝦鮮,好吃,但我會建議用乾身一點的做法,帶殼的東西用醬吃起來不太友好,而且前後鮑魚和蔬菜都是帶醬汁的,連續三道會帶來膩感。之後的菜品就中矩

服務方面某些位置上菜急了點,不是很合我期望。只是吃完都9點半,由7點半開始計,可能是我也不很合符人家期望的吃飯速度. 另外茶包沖幾次就淡了,後續也沒有給我換,也是扣分位。

今日試左明閣秋令•鮮旬蟹饌,首嘗米芝蓮餐廳,不錯嘅體驗!首先,坐得好舒服,而且員工服務態度都好好,會主動收野同幫手斟茶!米芝蓮餐廳果然名不虛傳,每款菜式都精緻好食,對得住個價錢!

黑醋珍珠蟹粉蟹肉燕窩羹:
一個非常足料的菜式,每一匙羹都有蟹粉蟹肉加上燕窩,每口都鮮味感及咬感。

玫瑰虎蝦球:
蝦肉肉質爽脆,口感有點似玻璃蝦。

清蒸大閘蟹:
五両重的雄蟹,含膏量雖然未到爆膏,但份量是令人滿意的。

蟹粉扒時令有機菜苗:
蟹粉芡以蟹肉蟹黃碎薑整成,絆以鮮嫰爽口的豆苗,由於較多薑偏微辛。

生炒臘味糯米飯:
糯米飯煙韌,內裡有冬菇及蠟腸香口。

桂花薑茶紫薯水晶湯丸:
桂花清香,薑茶汁偏向辛口什至有點嗆口。
