Marco’s Oyster Bar & Grill 一直都好想到訪,原因好簡單,因為我同太太都係生蠔烘,今日阿女有課外活動,完咗去接佢一家人就決定佢去學校附近呢間Marco’s Oyster Bar & Grill 試吓⋯你都整體氣氛唔錯,有部份香港服務亦有部份來自外國的,其中一個跟佢交談時佢話自己係意大利混血希臘,佢主力現場即做邦尼意粉,成件事變得簡單中有儀式感,非常之唔錯亦都係加分嘅地方⋯同太太選擇咗六款唔同嘅生蠔每人兩件,總共12件原來12件可以有一支白酒送,每件生蠔平均價大約$30到$40左右,咁樣性價比非常之高,生蠔嚟到擺盤相當唔錯,侍應亦指示應該由右邊度開始食起!口感鮮味,而且非常新鮮值得俾個like!之後再叫咗個Parma Ham Pizza,你嗰個賣相幾得意,因為係長方,而且一啲都唔孤寒放咗好多Parma Ham喺上面,味道唔錯!阿女因為唔食生蠔,所以佢選擇咗個$380嘅套餐,先嚟一個三文魚雞蛋多士,味道合格有餘,不過唔係特別驚喜!跟住上龍蝦湯,我坐喺佢對面啲香味引到我都想另外叫多一碗飲,阿女味道點樣佢話相當唔錯俾隻手指公最後主菜Rip eye steak,雖然叫咗四成我都預佢last咗之後會變五成,所以恰到好處真係我個女自愛,我個女比較揀飲擇食,好少叫佢笑住嘴成嚿牛扒一口氣食晒,爹哋見到開心⋯最後佢竟然話唔夠喉,加多咗個Tiramisu,不過呢個可能係來貨,阿女話未到一般般⋯ 餐飲佢要咗檸檬茶,呢個唔使多講都係一般貨色而已⋯整體用餐感覺非常滿意,返頭指數亦相當高✌🏻 continue reading

咁午餐約咗人喺呢度食嘢 因為朋友話覺得呢個地方實惠少少 但係就有好嘅環境可以傾嘢午餐set係西餐,見佢咁特別有龍蝦半隻咁平,本身都諗緊應該唔慌好質素 但係見朋友嗌我就跟佢本來其實想食牛柳啖啖肉 點知原來質素都真係幾差 啲龍蝦肉好少好細隻,仲要妹妹地 拎去炸過嘅有少量海鮮係新鮮嘅 不過好少主角龍蝦就比較差廣西湯就給濃郁嘅見到人哋嘅牛柳好靚仔 好後悔唔買佢嗰個🫠🫠🫠環境OK嘅,服務質素都OK,有個阿姐幾有性格lol嘢食就係平民西餐 continue reading

昨天到食晚飯,食物質素很好, 餐具相當不淸潔,欠缺服務員,經openrice定台,大拍大餐牌散照應該有五折,但埋單時其中一項牛扒肉眼扒竟然冇折,經理話openrice有特別要求最後給了我們八折,要是這樣我經餐廳訂枱西醫本上已經可以得七折優惠,所以這間.餐廳相當不老實不會再去,Show cook,意大利粉相當不錯,基本上食物可以做到達到要求,嚴重欠缺服務員,整晚只有一個經理走來走去,大酒店出生的質素不應該這樣 continue reading

為了慶祝我的生日,伴侶預訂了Marco's Oyster Bar & Grill和我嘆嘆生蠔。多年前,店舖還在吳松街時,我曾和朋友光顧過,搬店後,這次是第一次。店舖裝潢截然不同,不是那帶有海洋風的藍色色調。既然是Oyster Bar,當然有揀選生蠔🦪自選生蠔一打,送意大利紅酒或白酒一瓶。Oyster Platter由3款生蠔組成,$28/隻的南非Cartiera,$28/隻的法國St Vaast及$38/隻的法國Four Season。Cartiera蠔肉薄身但爽口,海水味較淡。St VaastFour同樣薄身,而裙邊較為爽脆,海水味濃一點點,帶點甘甜。 Four Season最為肥美,質感creamy,蠔味濃郁,是三款中最好吃的。叫了一份法國鵝肝拼牛柳餐 ($298),前菜是三文魚撻撻,賣相普普通通,三文魚tar tar已鋪好在多士上,另一塊多士上的是蛋沙律,味道正常。加$58配法式焗田螺,田螺大隻肉軟嫩,惟伴碟的薯蓉略鹹又不夠細滑。法國龍蝦濃湯,味道濃郁,湯入面有不少粒粒龍蝦肉。點了份巴馬火腿薄餅,又薄又脆的Pizza餅底上簡單的鋪上芝士、蕃茄醬及巴馬火腿,每一塊切好的Pizza上都有一大片Parma Ham,用料充足。微微鹹香又柔軟的火腿,配合香軟芝士及脆脆Pizza,口感及味道層次豐富。Main dish 3選1 ,三款都有鵝肝,配的分別是牛柳、豬柳扒及三文魚扒,我們選的是鵝肝併牛柳。牛柳面層放上鵝肝,鵝肝好大件,只是比牛柳的體積略小一點。鵝肝軟滑,配上黑醋醬汁,中和油膩感。牛柳軟嫩,肉汁豐沛,有牛味,蘸一點黃芥末就更為惹味。薯條熱焫焫夠鬆脆又不油膩。這頓晚餐的重中之重就是接下來的慶生環節🎉絕對充滿氛圍感!有汽球裝飾,枱上的擺設亦一絲不苟,壽星有汽球帽,還有各種道具,連應援手燈亦有提供。駐唱歌手還會來到枱邊唱生日歌。只是加$20便有的自家製意大利芝士餅,碟上的灑粉並不隨便。Tiramisu的口感細緻綿密,帶咖啡酒香之餘又有點微苦,很好吃!除了兩道前菜小食較為普通外,生蠔及其他食物也不錯。慶祝生日後,離開店舖時,職員也還是很有禮貌及笑容滿滿,是愉快的用餐時間。 continue reading

是日訂枱與朋友吃生日飯,在不知情的情況下,訂枱人數由兩位被改至一位喔,積分又少左。。。明明我地兩人是吃了兩個餐的。午餐牛👅飯特薄好吃,卡邦尼意粉不過不失,服務員熱情,可惜運用openrice系統經驗不足,一句簡單英文都聽唔明。。。餐廳環境有特色。大家自己睇相啦~第一次幫襯,試左是日午餐:野菌牛脷飯$80卡邦尼意粉$82*另需加一包飲品和餐湯白湯是特濃的蘑菇湯好正呀~餐包好似係酸種包,口感柔軟,點落個湯度好好食。成個餐我最愛碗湯❤❤❤ continue reading
