<MAMA Tiger> 📍中/上環🔸新式fusion，吃一個出其不意泰Food😋🔹$58 泰奶茶只有顏色，沒有味道，不了位置於九如坊嘅MAMA Tiger新開張一個月已經大排長龍 ⋯ 排咗無半個鐘入座，大熱天時尚算可接受。WONTON TOM YUM ($128) — 雲吞皮應該係自製比起傳統雲吞皮更加有實淨又咬口 😎 豬肉餡料足，冬陰功味道濃郁，酸酸辣辣，炸豬皮on top有synergy ~ 有驚喜的！！！（推薦）YEN TA FO ($148) — 上檯成碗都係粉紅色，有啲嚇親 😂😂😂 湯底飲落有啲複雜，有魚露味、小小酸、輕輕辣 ⋯ 不過都幾過癮。鍾意佢用「棵條」，煙煙韌韌嘅食感幾得意。魚蛋食落似雲朵 ☁️ 有種傳統潮州魚蛋嘅感覺。WAGYU BOAT NOODLES （$158） — 船麵牛湯底紮實、有底蘊，出其不意地採用蒟蒻麵，食落清爽。牛腩夠火候，生牛肉片稔、滑。成碗麵最出色係牛丸，棉密嘅肉丸，相當之有彈性，掂。Overall，食物用料豐富，以呢個價錢嚟講冇投訴 🤓 條氣最唔順會係杯泰式奶茶（$58），只有顏色同冰，沒有什麼味道，可一不可再。下次會飲椰青都係$68，新鮮椰青可能仲好飲啲。 continue reading

    Mama Tiger Noodles位於中環九如坊，呢閒新開嘅泰式麵食餐廳係由灣仔人氣意大利餐廳Trattoria Felino團隊主理，所以對佢期望都幾高。我同朋友都試左招牌和牛船麵。麵質幾好有咬口，湯底好濃，我覺得過咸但我朋友就話同曼谷嘅船麵差唔多。百幾蚊一碗麵，呢個價錢我會想分量多少少。凍泰式檸檬茶太濃好澀。。。我地飲到係咁加水落去。值得讚嘅係裝修幾好睇。總結黎講，性價比唔高，呢個價錢我會prefer食其他泰式餐廳。 continue reading

    I went end of May on a weekday at 6:30pm, thinking I would need to line up. To my surprise, I walked right into a half empty restaurant. The menu choices were very limited, so I just ordered everything that was "chef recommended". The supposedly star dish - beef boat noodles was a huge disappointment. The broth was thick and was absorbed by all the noodles when it was served, it looked like a dry noodle dish 😅 we had to ask the kitchen to send us an extra bowl of broth. The tong yum kong soup noodle was probably one of the most bland tasting TYK soup I have tried, and I felt not enough ingredients went into making the broth.I would never come back again because it is not even a fraction of what it is portrayed as on social media. And with the lack of customers the day I went, this shows how hype cannot be sustained if not 真材實料!! continue reading

      上環船麵泰好味在晚市時光來到這家新開的店，發現不少食客在等位，似乎人氣頗高。店員非常親切，還主動提供水讓我們在排隊時解渴。店內裝潢充滿泰拳風格，吧台邊不斷重播著打拳片，讓人覺得趣味十足。🥢 WONTON TOM YUM $128
這道菜提供蒸雲吞和炸雲吞可供選擇，店員推薦了炸雲吞。炸雲吞外皮酥脆，上面鋪滿了冬蔭碎，帶有輕微的辣味，讓人一試成主顧，口感層次分明，十分開胃。🍜 TOM YUM MOO
這道冬蔭湯底的麵條搭配了豬絞肉、豬肉丸、豬肉片、豆芽、蔥花和花生，再加上青檸，整碗麵香氣四溢。湯底酸辣可口，令人欲罷不能，特別適合喜歡重口味的食客。🥭 MANGO SLUSHY

      埋單時我用信用卡（電子版），我電話顯示了剔號，但對方的機器顯示不接受。由於該店標示不接受現金，店員就問我有否其他信用卡（我表示沒有），之後有一名疑似經理過來（態度不太友善）表示：你張卡唔work喎！你有否其他信用卡（我再答沒有），他再問我有否Alipay（問了3次），我答了3次沒有。然後我就問他有否可能收payme或是cash，那疑似經理就支吾以對並反白眼！一會後，他又說：其實都可以收現金的，但你要給實數。我打開銀包發現只有一張500蚊，我便跟他說：那我出去唱錢可以嗎？對方表示：OK嘅，不過你要返嚟囉！然後我出去唱錢。埋單是227蚊。我回頭給了他230蚊，他就說要找錢給我，我說了一句：Keep the change便轉身離開！ continue reading
