食物味道:點了前菜兩碟,豬腳仔好味,胡麻茄子也可以。正期待下來的主菜,結果卻十分失望。百合鮮蝦仁一吃便知道是雪蝦仁,不過西芹和百合都炒得青脆。油泡班球完全沒有魚味,又「鞋」口,菠蘿咕嚕肉碎濕濕,不過最差都不是這些,是那碟野菌泡時蔬,野菌又乾又苦,完全食唔落口,仲問我們要唔要加餸,簡直想退返幾碟餸比佢哋。服務態度:不叫,不提點,沒有待應會幫忙倒熱水落teapot. 不叫,不提點,沒有侍應會協助更換碗碟。完全似茶記服務,但卻是高級食肆的收費。過了一天,餐廳仍未在open rice 系統確認我曾出席,致電給他們,只説他們辨不到,結果搞了一輪,先做到。這是第一次幫襯,亦絕對是最後一次。性價比十分十分十分低。

食過其他酒店或者酒樓都覺得好好食,咁就試下係度叫啦。
入口,第一感覺好食,入面係好似炸羅漢齋咁。d油味重,個腸粉皮又唔好食,好厚又唔滑,感覺好粗糙。這個有點失望。

細細籠,2至3人食岩岩好。
面頭有炸蒜有走過油既乾瑤柱,令成個飯清淡得來好香。
飯底又唔會蒸到好濕,乾乾地,粒粒分明。

鴨子是即烤即片,侍應會在片鴨之前,詢問客人只要鴨皮抑或帶多少肉,非常窩心。

餅皮當然是熱辣辣,而且層層間另有透氣紙相隔,絕不會黏在一起。

用餅皮包起再加點京蔥及青瓜絲一齊食,滿有鴨香和嚼口,好味,只可惜兩食無得轉湯。

支竹火腩紅炆龍躉翅煲($498)


仍然記得上次係龍苑攪生日飯,其中一味就係炆班翅。

須知道,用得炆班翅,點都要有咁上下體型,至少都大條過「條頭班」,龍躉皮先夠厚同起膠。

而部位就會選擇魚鰭、魚鮫及划水位,其實自己最鍾意魚鮫位,因為肉質最嫩滑,加上吸收了燒肉的油香,更是人間美味,尤其是用來配杯啤酒,更是絕配。

今次嘅酒店staycation一間房$1250 另加一服日,中午12點可以玩到第二日下晝六點,而且已經包左$1250嘅酒店餐飲消費額,再加早餐及行政酒廊使用。Check完in咁就去飲個茶先啦。佢哋嘅蝦餃王好似好出名,皮唔算好薄但係好煙人咬口好好,好大粒,而入邊嘅蝦同蝦膠都好爽脆土呢個小籠包就強差人意,皮唔算厚,但一想到枱已經縮晒水,入邊得返少少肉汁蘿蔔糕都炒得幾香,但碟頭有啲細而且XO醬唔算好多黃金魷魚鬚選用嘅魷魚比較細,但鹹蛋黃夠多炒得好香係呢餐入邊最好食嘅嘢蟹粉海皇煎米粉都唔錯,煎米粉做得好好,蟹粉海皇汁都好足料合桃雞粒酥盞都唔錯,個皮甜甜地入邊雞肉同埋醬汁配搭都唔錯,但整體上呢度嘅擺盤好差,總係覺得啲嘢好似求其擺落一隻碟咁拎出嚟,啱唔啱都放落同一款碟上面。響酒店中餐廳來講,我會定義為唔合格。芝麻球幾好食,但係佢叫做流心芝麻球,個心又唔係好流喎整體來講,作為一間酒店中菜我係覺得有啲失望,不過又唔算太差嘅,但菜式嘅擺盤就應該要多花心思了。

今個weekend喺金域假日酒店staycation,check out嗰日嘅lunch就同阿爸阿媽三個落咗佢間中菜館飲茶。因為疫情關係,喺酒店飲茶食飯安全啲。開咗一壺鐵觀音,茶葉乾淨,小茶粉。環境中規中矩,星期一嘅午茶比我預期中多人。點心試咗晶瑩蝦餃皇,北菇鮮蝦燒賣,xo醬鳳爪,上湯芫茜牛肉球,蘿蔔千絲酥,流心黑芝麻圓,酥炸鹹水角同叉燒包。點心水準大致中尚,味道新鮮。我哋比較鍾意佢個燒賣佢真係皮薄餡靚,個芝麻丸真係做到有留心嘅效果,蘿蔔絲夠鬆脆多餡皮薄。其他嗰啲係傳統香港點心嘅味道冇乜特別,同平時同區飲茶嗰啲差唔多。如果你係假日酒店嘅會員飲茶仲會有折添,咁就就真係好過去茶樓飲啦。
