Came back for their Hairy Crab Menu.The price for the this menu was quite reasonable. The flavors were rich without being too salty and all items were steaming hot when served even after taking multiple photos. Service was great and they refilled our drinks quickly for the freeflow. If there was one point they could have done better would be the sauce for the garoupa and shrimp being quite similar.

Dragon Inn is one of the budget-able Cantonese restaurants in hotel of Tsim Sha Tsui. The dim sum and the noodles/rices are nice. Although the food ingredients are not luxurious, you can enjoy the fresh taste and the good skill of chef making dim sum. Using credit card or booking app can enjoy some discounts and make your lunch more enjoyable.

第一次去呢間酒店中菜廳食飯,環境都舒適, 我們一行六人被安排入房內,面放了 三,四張枱。之前食過嘅朋友推介呢個燴牛尾煲, 雖然都要三百幾蚊一份,但係份量都好足, 味道真係唔錯,值得推介。呢個蒜泥白肉冇乜特別。呢個海參煲, 成煲得 4片海參仔,少到離譜, 味道較濃。味道不過不失。炸子雞煲皮脆嫩滑叉燒一般,反而乳豬同燒肉嘅皮好脆,肉又冇好多肥膏。脆麻花,做得好鬆脆,味道又唔錯,正👍 我哋都有叫芝麻糊同綠豆沙,價錢約 40 元左右一碗,味道一般,所以都冇特別影相。 埋單問侍應先知,原來匯豐卡現在做緊75折,當堂平咗。 下次結帳時,都係要問一問侍應生用乜嘢 Visa 卡會有折。

已經好一段時間,冇嚟尖沙咀假期酒店,龍苑飲茶,估唔一別已經變咗⋯食物質素依然係唔錯,但係貴為5星級嘅酒店中菜部,佢哋D服務係垃圾中嘅垃圾,由樓面去到經理,全部黑口黑面,講嘢冇尾音,叫佢又唔應,衰D講屋村酒樓一定好過佢⋯今日叫咗蝦餃,係足料有肉汁;鮑魚燒賣,雖然只係細細粒,但好夠味;蘿蔔絲酥餅,一啲都唔油膩,而且好香口;叉燒腸粉,外皮柔軟又滑,叉燒質地都唔錯;錦鹵雲吞做得相當唔錯,特別係個醬汁味道非常好;而當中最好味就係個XO醬蘿蔔,夠曬乾身,味道又濃真係好正⋯⋯食物質素係5星級,但服務真係不敢恭維,應該都唔會再去⋯

蝦仁炆伊麵我們以往點過幾次,伊麵的份量都不太夠。孜然牛肉飽裡面的牛肉份量也不足。沙律明蝦角的尺寸稍微大一點可能更好。紅酒燴牛尾醬汁夠味,牛尾也夠大件。如果能夠多加兩件就更好,四件可能少了一些。鮮蝦腸粉裡面的蝦倒是很大隻,吃得很過癮。

蝦仁炆伊麵我們以往點過幾次,伊麵的份量都不太夠。

孜然牛肉飽裡面的牛肉份量也不足。

紅酒燴牛尾醬汁夠味,牛尾也夠大件。如果能夠多加兩件就更好,四件可能少了一些。

鮮蝦腸粉裡面的蝦倒是很大隻,吃得很過癮。

當晚一路食蟹時,同行友人分享咗一啲食蟹嘅小知識,話食蟹時要注意有幾個地方因為太寒涼,食完有機會肚痛,所以盡量剪開唔好食,呢度都分享俾大家😊:
一)蟹蓋裡有蟹黃沾住嘅位置有個三角形嘅蟹胃。
二)旁邊兩排好似扇仔嘅蟹腮。
三)蟹中間塊黑膜衣下面有蟹腮,蟹腮中間白色六角形嘅蟹心。
四)蟹腸,即蟹肚下面嘅三角殻裡面有一條連接蟹身嘅黑線。

🔹吉列越南虎蝦球配蟹黃醬:
脆漿好薄,色澤係金黃色,炸得啱啱好,好脆口。裡面嘅蝦球好彈牙好滑,配埋濃郁嘅蟹黃醬食,非常惹味。

呢味餸可以清一清味蕾,裡面有准山,芹菜,雲耳同斑塊,斑塊滑溜有魚味,准山好爽口,但成個胡椒味唔算話好重。

🔹蟹粉海皇窩巴:
蟹粉味重,同上面嘅蟹黃醬非常相似,但裡面亦加多咗啲蝦同蟹肉等,窩巴煎得好脆口,加埋呢個蟹粉點汁,好難唔好食,食完哂窩巴都仲有好多蟹粉剩低,所以都幾大碗。

雖然我比較少食大閘蟹套餐,無法同好多坊間比較,但整體嚟講佢哋嘅蟹製菜式都做得相當唔錯,而且又好足料,大滿足呢!


除咗大閘蟹之外,我哋亦都叫咗幾款其他菜式,不得不提呢度嘅「西班牙黑豚肉叉燒」真係相當唔錯。

佢哋嘅叉燒係以秘製煮法去烹調西班牙黑豚肉,豬肉邊緣有少少燒焦,肉質柔軟嫩滑,夠軟綿綿之餘亦淋而不爛,唔會過肥或過油。入口有麥芽糖香甜味,不過對我嚟講醬汁有小小偏甜,如果加碗飯可能更完美。不過切得偏薄,切得再大舊厚啲就更正,因為個人覺得只講味道唔講每舊嘅大小,同天龍軒嘅叉燒有得揮。
