鹽蒸西貢海魚仔,店舖是看今日有什麼魚就會有什麼魚,所以日日都會一樣,今晚就是油立魚,蒸的時間啱啱好,油立魚非常鮮甜,店主很聰明將它鹽蒸,油立魚的味道中融合了適度的咸味,這種咸味並不過於強烈,而是和魚肉的鮮味相互平衡,令整體味道梗加豐富和令人滿足。我們一路吃,大家都一路說很不夠喉,很想再吃多一點。

好耐冇食過海鮮,今日揸開車出去就入左西貢食海鮮🦞喺網上睇到呢間米芝蓮星級餐廳就入左去食啦,環境寬敞舒適,服務都很好晚飯時間都好爆滿,好彩有位芝士龍蝦配炒米粉餅底龍蝦唔算很大隻但都很多肉,肉質鮮嫩可口又彈牙,好特別配炒米粉餅底,幾香口有少少炒燶邊好似食飯焦咁😋薑蔥炒蟶子平時食開蒸蟶子,今次就點咗炒蟶子黎食,薑蔥味啱啱好,唔會蓋過左蟶子嘅鮮味😋風沙雞半隻整得好香口,雞肉鮮嫩多汁又夠滑👍🏻米水白菜再點番個菜去平衝番餸菜的膩感,選用白菜苗,食落很嫩滑👍🏻

聽朋友講西貢這間米之蓮既六福菜館好食又出名😋所以就book左枱去食,環境幾舒服架有3層,好大又寬躺,坐得很舒適👍🏻炸豆腐炸豆腐外皮鬆脆可口,內裏很軟熟細滑👍🏻墨魚刺身擺碟已經整得好靚又夠大體,新鮮墨魚片鮮味爽口,又夠凍食落鮮味十足👍🏻龍吐珠魚除咗蒸有其他煮法都很好味,切開一片片去炒都能保留魚肉的鮮味同細滑,最好是無骨岩晒唔中意食骨既我😋炸蠔雖然炸左蠔本身都夠大隻,肉質鮮甜又Juicy青檸梳打天氣太熱點番兩杯凍飲消消暑

和朋友們相約西貢出遊,當然要去吃海鮮啦!最後我們選擇了六福,餐館環境在西貢眾多海鮮酒家相對不錯,食物質素和味道也都可圈可點。其中最為驚艷當屬椒鹽鮑魚,個頭十分大,口感Q彈,肉質緊實,用椒鹽的做法,外酥裡嫩,回味無窮。也一定要試下粉絲蒸扇貝,同樣個頭超大,十分新鮮,必點。還點了田螺,椒鹽大蝦,排骨,聖子,都非常美味。聖子店家做得十分入味,一上來,很快就被清盤了。去西貢遊玩的朋友們可以考慮來這家嘗試。
