好夠鑊氣,薑蔥好野味,蟶子肉厚實粗身,大家都知炒蟶子肉就真係唔多,大家每人夾一兩下就無咩淨,好快可以收碟,但今次大家都留住碟薑蔥慢慢食。

鮮菠蘿生炒骨
正常發揮,皮脆, 肉帶少少肥肉唔會太鞋口,酸甜汁偏甜DD,岩我個人口味。

最後個甜品都有小驚喜,係泰國姨姨整既椰青大菜糕,好清甜,話飽但又係食哂。

鮑魚的件頭不小,加上火喉的準繩度完美無瑕,入口鮑魚彈牙鬆脆,像伴隨著快樂的樂曲在齒頰中舞動;大連鮑跟南非鮑的鮮味有些微的差異,但椒鹽後的效果相差不遠,還是讓人吃得相當滿足!

即使肚皮快要爆開,也要一試由「六福」泰籍職員製作的泰式甜品。用料充足,底層西米藏著芋頭粒、粟米粒,還有特別豐盛的椰漿,順滑可口。送贈的甜品也不馬虎!

除了海鮮,其實「六福」的客家菜也蠻有水準,或許下次行山可再「尋星星」。
