老公係網上見好多朋友都介紹話有好多特式點心,所以我地出開銅鑼灣就帶我同大少嚟食個豐富午餐。酒樓設係地庫,環境都好寬敞雅致,仲帶有點點古典味道。而整體上嘅座位都好寬敞,沒有壓迫感。而我地就被安排類似廂房嘅四人坐,有特式之餘仲帶點點私隱,感覺真係唔錯。除了燒味之外,仲有即製即蒸嘅點心,而且種類都多,單睇點心紙都想樣樣都食呀。先嚟網上極級推薦嘅即燒伊比利亞叉燒皇,叉燒皇肉質鮮嫩多汁,油脂分佈均勻,而鬆軟細膩帶而個蜜汁醬醃得好夠味。表面微焦帶嚟層次感,入口非常甘香。  仲有老公大讚嘅蜜汁脆燒鱔,燒鱔外表燒得金黃色,入口酥脆內鱔肉就好厚實鮮嫩,配合埋蜜汁甜味,令人一食難忘。非常特別嘅黑松露燒鵝腸粉,腸粉皮薄又夠軟滑,入面餡料十足,黑松露燒鵝肉有配濃嘅鵝香再加埋黑松露,估唔到兩者個味道係咁夾,絕對係驚喜之作。大少至愛就一定係依個香濃雞湯蟹肉灌湯餃,灌湯餃非常大隻,餃皮亦都夠薄,內餡包住蟹肉、鮮蝦碎、肉碎等非常足料,而香濃雞湯都非常清甜,而且飲落唔口渴,應該係冇加味精,整體唔錯。帶子鳳眼餃個餃皮薄而煙韌,內餡嘅蝦球好彈牙,加埋面層嘅帶子與蟹籽,一齊食口感層次分明。神燈蝦餃皇同樣都係皮薄煙韌而且包裹著滿滿的蝦肉,肉質鮮甜爽口彈牙。潮州粉果外皮煙韌剔透,脹卜卜嘅內餡都同樣足料,有豬肉碎、蝦米、沙葛、菜脯、芫茜等,非常豐富有口感。醬皇蒸鳳爪味道醇厚,濃郁豆豉香氣加上微甜醬汁,口感滑嫩有彈性又夠淋身,肉汁滿滿。 continue reading

提前訂了位去佐敦神燈海鮮酒家食晚飯, 去電時已問有沒有特別菜式要先預訂, 回應說乳豬燒鵝一定有不用預訂.去到預留的檯對住風口, 好大風, 同侍應商量, 她轉給張內堂用大膠布間開貼住後面的檯,  座位好窄, 人氣太迫, 出入也有困難, 吾明白這中高檔的酒家會有如此格局. 既然來到, 立即叫菜.  點了4款:  黑松露玻璃燒鵝 1/4 隻, 拆肉瀬尿蝦元貝釀玉環, 古法金錢雞, 蝦醬蒸豬肉筋. 侍應話黑松露玻璃燒鵝須時一個鐘, 只好食住等.古法金錢雞, 每件 $68-.  賣相擺設很粗糙不好看,  中間夾著那塊雞肝太細, 味道 OK, 上面那塊肥肉太油.蝦醬蒸豬肉筋, 下面是蒸豆腐, 上面蝦醬蒸豬肉筋好稔.  蝦醬味一般.拆肉瀬尿蝦元貝釀玉環,  $268-  這個菜比較巧手, 拆肉瀬尿蝦及元貝都鮮甜, 元貝釀在瓜圃內, 蒸得頗滑, 加上蟹稃點輟, 真不錯.黑松露玻璃燒鵝,  1/4 隻 $238-.   足足等了 1:15 分才送到,  此招牌黑燒鵝, 顏色黑漆漆, 並不吸引.  配了兩碟醬汁.燒鵝吾肥,  外皮微脆, 肉質一般, 松露味頗淡.  價錢吾平, 可是無驚喜. 座位及服務真的要改善. continue reading

坐標神燈海鮮酒家,午市點心7折,二人埋單才HKD217, 覺得十分划算。和老婆二人點了個最不像小吃的啫啫生腸,石鍋上很熱很香口;皮皮蝦餃,皮皮蝦姆指大小,很有新意;蛋黃千層建議大家可以避雷,蛋黃不夠香,而且偏乾,吃得有點辛苦;千島醬蘿蔔糕,比日月點心好吃太多,不會死鹹,千島醬帶微酸中和鹹味,但還是缺了我期待的蝦米金腿香,可試可不試;蟹肉灌湯餃,蟹肉就沒吃得出多少,但用料整體是不錯的,雞湯高湯很簡單,和老婆整碗喝完了;本來還點了燒鵝腸粉,可惜漏了單,而且被千層撐飽了就放棄了。看了一下套餐,那6人2888的套餐很不錯,應該是所有套餐裡比較划算的,有機會會晚上再來。 continue reading

朋友帶我黎呢間餐廳環境好中國風,環境闊落舒適,位於銅鑼灣地下鋪,我地叫左一份蜜汁脆鱔,鱔魚皮薄香脆,仲有甜甜地既蜜汁,蜜糖味配鱔魚既香脆嫩滑啖啖肉好juicy。另外我地叫左一份伊比利亞黑毛豬叉燒,呢度既叉燒好厚肉而且好好食,份量都幾大碟,送飯好岩。黑松露燒鵝腸粉,呢度自家制秘制燒鵝制成,比較特別。魚肚蝦滑:蝦膠肉大大舊厚實,魚肚軟綿綿好入味,而且有三塊甘多。燒賣:呢度既燒賣蒸出黎係兩種顏色,飽滿大粒。 continue reading
