To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. You can choose your own ingredients, thick noodles or thin noodles for your ramen. You can also decide the hardness of the noodles. To keep its quality, the selling is limited at 150 bowls per day.

佐敦熊拉麵是一個讓人難以忘懷的拉麵店,大人小朋友都可以來體驗日本拉麵文化。店內設有吧枱,可以直接觀看廚師煮麵的過程,讓小朋友感受到拉麵的製作魅力。缺點是:店內並無小朋友座椅,但又想食,所有我係抱住小朋友食。這裡的招牌拉麵特別受歡迎,麵條軟身,口感滑順,搭配上濃郁的湯底,味道相當出色。湯底選用新鮮食材熬製而成,鮮香四溢,讓人忍不住多喝幾口。每一口都能感受到日本拉麵的精髓,簡直是味蕾的享受。溏心蛋味道,亦真係一試難忘。此外,店內的環境友善舒適,不論是大人還是小孩,都能在這裡找到屬於自己的美味樂趣。總的來說,佐敦熊拉麵絕對是體驗日本拉麵文化的好地方!

最近拉麵上癮吃遍奧運九龍佐敦終於找到合自己口味的一家。。餃子!比餃子專門店還要好吃剛好熟透的肉餡 軟軟的口感還有恰好的肉汁大好吃了😍呃 怎麼有日式小龍包的感覺。。。。。《誤》另外還有三種不同的小配菜那辣的銀牙超讚只是有點難夾另外還有兩款在下未試光是銀牙就足夠滿足糖心蛋也是做得真正糖心通常外面吃到的真是全熟的這讓在下有驚喜小小的店卻有大大的用心值得再光顧👍客人入店及離開都會被“歡迎光臨”及“多謝”有被在意的感覺味道 🍜🍜🍜🍜環境 🍜🍜🍜服務 🍜🍜🍜🍜價錢 🍜🍜🍜

佐敦呢間拉麵店嘅招牌熊拉麵係用豬骨湯底熬製,湯色濃郁,充滿乳白色,應該用咗好多豬骨熬製,充滿骨膠原,顯示小店嘅用心。魚介湯底也鹹香味十足,呢個配搭幾好。麵條可以揀幼或者中幼款,超級掛湯,結果食完一碗仲嗌多個替玉。仲好想推介嘅係佢哋嘅溏心蛋,裏面半熟,而且甜甜地用味醂浸泡過,食到意猶未盡。叉燒方面,有炙燒肥叉、角切、梅頭瘦叉燒等選擇,迎合人唔同口味。整體黎講,質素中上,對得住價錢,經過嘅話可以試吓!

這間隱藏在佐敦角落的日式拉麵店,雖然店面不大,但已經屹立多年,累積了不少忠實顧客。店內裝潢簡約樸實,充滿日式小店的溫馨感。座位雖然不多,但整潔舒適,適合一個人靜靜享用拉麵,也適合與朋友小聚。魚香湯拉麵這碗拉麵的湯底是最大亮點,選用了鰺、鰹、鯖、鰯等五種不同的魚熬製而成,湯頭濃郁鮮美,充滿層次感,每一口都能感受到魚肉的鮮味,非常適合喜歡重口味的朋友。叉燒選用了肥瘦適中的部位,啖啖肉感,入口即化,與濃郁的魚湯相得益彰。拉麵的麵條選擇了中等粗細,煮得恰到好處,彈牙有嚼勁。赤熊拉麵這碗拉麵專為愛吃辣的朋友設計,湯底以豬骨湯為基底,加入適量的辣味調製,辣度適中,每一口都能感受到淡淡的辛辣與豬骨的濃香。可惜的是,瘦叉燒的份量較少且偏薄,豬肉的風味沒有特別突出,略顯單薄。拉麵選擇了幼硬麵,煮得剛剛好,口感爽滑,與辣湯搭配起來十分過癮。自家製炸餃子餃子外皮炸得金黃酥脆,內餡飽滿多汁,咬下去香氣四溢。搭配一點醋來吃,既能解膩,又能提升風味。博主親食價: 人均$150
