叫咗個午市雙拼外賣,啲飯一打開就係隔夜凍飯咁款,叉燒味道OK但係成日都係肥膏,燒鵝又唔覺有咩特別好食。最搞笑係連菜心都冇條,求其俾啲大陸榨菜就算數,呢個價錢我不如去附近連和食三十幾蚊個餐好過啦,又平又正!今次真係中伏!

去咗咁多次登龍街都唔覺原來有間燒味飯店姐姐話已經開咗五年🤣叫咗兩個雙拼套餐包餐湯同時菜餐湯係老火湯,好足料有豬展肉、白雲耳、冬瓜等,味道甜甜地🥰時蔬係杞子上湯娃娃菜,入味又健康▶️ 叉燒油雞雙拼飯($80)油雞本身肉質幾嫩滑,而且重豉油香可惜部位唔靚,骨多過肉🥲五嚿入邊得一件多肉,有啲失望叉燒燒得唔錯🐷邊位燶燶哋入口焦香醬汁味道真係似叉燒包餡😂同平時食開嘅蜜汁唔同略嫌叉燒肥咗啲白飯質感唔錯🍚硬硬哋有飯香▶️ 燒鵝叉燒雙拼米粉 ($65)燒鵝反而多肉啲而且幾肥美米粉質感彈牙,唔係啲cheap cheap已斷冇質感嘅米粉👍🏻-本身燒味調味做得幾好,可惜就係部位唔靚,骨同肥膏多過肉😟然而其他嘢OK呢度姐姐服務都好好,好識得講笑環境還好,有戶外座位,唔會坐得好迫價錢中挺,唔收加一,晚餐大概$70/人*全自費非試食

今日到了銅鑼灣大壹燒鵝,是當地十分馳名的燒臘店,以其美味的燒鵝聞名遐邇。我點了燒鵝拼叉燒配瀨粉,真是驚喜連連。燒鵝的外皮鬆脆,肉質嫩滑,適量的肥膏讓每一口都滲出陣陣濃郁的鵝香味,令人回味無窮。而叉燒的肥瘦比例恰到好處,外層略微燒焦,增添了豐富的口感,讓整道菜更加立體。瀨粉則恰如其分,為整體增添了一點滑順的口感。整體用餐體驗非常不錯,服務也很周到,絕對值得推薦給喜愛燒臘的朋友!如果你還沒試過,快去品嚐吧!

以呢個價錢嚟講,佢係我心中排名第一嘅叉燒🥰已經食過好幾次,質素都係依然咁好,冇退步過,好推薦!之前會叫佢嘅燒腩仔拼叉燒,佢燒腩仔都好好食,皮超級脆,又唔會好鹹(唔知點解坊間嘅燒腩仔好鹹),但佢叉燒真係冇得輸,燒到有燶邊,而且個叉燒又好軟,肥瘦適中,一啲都唔會有肥膩嘅感覺,而且佢嘅蜜汁真係恰到好處,好好食!後尾發現咗佢有下午茶仲抵 $48就已經可以食到,叉燒份量感覺都冇乜變化,同正常份量差唔多,側邊仲有榨菜,佢榨菜都好食偏甜,瀨粉好爽口,$48食到咁樣質素嘅叉燒,真係笑到喊👍🏻值得一提嘅係我覺得佢嘅老火湯都好好飲👍🏻真係真材實料🤤好值得加錢飲!!
