To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

一家11人去喜滿樓做冬食了$ 3000懷舊宴,九餸一湯,包括杏汁豬肺湯、黃金鮑魚、蜜汁鱔球、梅子荔芋鴨。杏汁豬肺湯,店員打開湯蓋,傳來濃烈杏仁味道,入口那種杏汁味勁濃滑。蜜汁鱔球甜甜的蜜汁,配上香脆的鱔球,厚厚的鱔肉已起骨,好惹味。梅子荔芋鴨好耐以前去其它餐廳食過一次,但是今次呢個餐廳明顯優勝。錦鹵雲吞雲吞炸到脆卜卜,香脆可口 ,錦鹵汁用料十足,有豬潤、叉燒、蝦仁、魷魚、菠蘿等。黃金鮑魚更加好意頭應節,惹味鹹蛋醬包住每隻南非鮑魚,惹味香口,阿爸阿媽都話好味。食完呢餐,已訂埋團年飯再嚟食過。

上星期六帶幾個外國朋友去高山道附近嘅喜滿樓菜館食生日飯,食物質素算係高,價錢合理,個個食得高興。當時叫咗幾款必叫嘅餸,第一個係蓮藕煎蝦餅188元:一片片蓮藕黏上新鮮蝦滑,味道中和不油膩,味道清新。懷舊芝麻雞188元:很少店舖提供這道懷舊手工菜,雞肉鹹鮮濃味,咬落甘香绵滑。黑松露蝦多士每件38: 賣相金黃,非常香脆,加上蝦肉彈牙爽口,令多士的味道更昇華,沾上少許沙律醬更開胃。菠蘿咕嚕肉98元:咕嚕肉本身色澤亮麗,甜酸適中的錦鹵汁更是重點,咕嚕醬汁味道好味。

同班老友去咗土瓜灣嘅喜滿樓菜館食飯,整體都好食,特別介紹幾款招牌菜式。蜜椒脆鱔球$198這道以優質新鮮的食材為根基,展現了廚師的巧 手。白鱔飽滿彈牙,配合蜜牙糖和少量黑椒,突出了海鮮的鮮甜美味。秘製芝麻雞(半隻)$188肉質軟嫩,飽滿多汁,配上由多種香料調制的特製醬汁,芝麻醬汁還能帶出雞肉的鮮甜。爵士燉湯$398 最後推介嘅係呢個爵士燉湯材料十足,店員話燉咗六個鐘頭,係用日本蜜瓜清燉,我見到有螺頭豬展雞腳,飲落清甜滋潤自己一定燉到。我見台台都有叫這個燉湯,應該係必叫嘅餸菜。
