To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

好味抵食 全新體驗，江南·翡翠

今日行開海港城，突然見到以前舊嘅位置翡翠拉麵小籠包變咗另外一間餐廳。 好奇嘅感覺驅使我去睇吓，然後發現咗原來佢哋換咗新嘅品牌叫做江南·翡翠。值得讚嘅係餐廳嘅環境好大改變，由以前黑沉沉嘅設計改動到而家有明亮光線，裝修風格有好明顯嘅改動，坐落感覺環境好舒服👍講返食物先，有幾樣食物，我覺得係值得可以食完再食，第一個就係佢嘅古法蒸鮭魚，有一個好清香嘅酒香味，但係又唔會失去原本魚嘅鮮味。第二樣呢就係佢哋最出名烤双方，不得了，不得了，個塊火腿真係香到……..另外有三味川菜，辣子雞，水煮牛肉，辣子炒大腸。同樣令到我有驚喜，雖然佢唔夠辣，但係佢嘅麻辣恰到好處。 綜合以上嘅環境同食物嘅質素，我係好建議大家過嚟試一試叫我👍
