炎熱天氣最啱食啲清新開胃嘅嘢,最近搵到一間 越食越上癮 嘅小店——📍河內越式料理(油麻地分店)。舖頭唔算大,但好有越南街頭感覺,木系裝潢加幾盞黃色燈,坐低已經有種飛咗去胡志明嘅錯覺!🍜 必試推介逐樣講:1. 🌟 生牛肉湯河粉一上枱已經聞到濃郁牛骨湯香。湯底唔油膩、冇味精,夠層次。牛肉片用得新鮮,湯熱得嚟啱啱好,將牛肉「燙熟一半」,保持嫩滑。河粉唔會淋,滑口有咬感。加少少青檸同辣椒更有驚喜。2. 🐷 香茅豬扒撈檬呢碟真係越南靈魂所在。豬扒用咗香茅、蒜、魚露醃得超入味,燒得微焦帶香口。撈檬底部有爽口生菜、青瓜絲、酸蘿蔔,加埋店家秘製魚露汁,酸酸甜甜、超開胃,炎夏一流!3. 🥟 越式炸春卷外皮炸到金黃薄脆,一咬爆汁。內餡用料十足,咬落唔會空心。點啲魚露汁,解膩又提味。4. 🍤 越式炸蝦餅蝦膠炸得剛剛好,唔油而且外層香脆,入面彈牙,食得出真材實料。帶淡淡香茅味,同啲米紙卷有異曲同工之妙。5. 🥭 芒果牛油果鮮蝦米紙卷米紙包住新鮮芒果、牛油果、蝦仁,口感非常豐富,酸甜清爽。配埋魚露汁,無得輸。🥥 飲品推介椰皇。新鮮椰子即開,透心涼。飲完椰水,刮埋啲椰肉,一杯兩食,好滋潤。呢間【河內越式料理】真係有驚喜,唔止係好味,係用心做菜嘅味道。每款都有細節位,唔會平平無奇。價錢合理,份量飽肚,無論lunch定晚餐都啱晒。 continue reading

這間位於油麻地的【河內越式料理】,主打越南菜,有多款的越式小食及粉麵,價錢貼地且份量十足。二人套餐都是百多元起,十分超值。極品牛三寶湯河粉牛丸、生牛肉及牛𦟌,表面淋上辣椒及青檸,加上薄荷葉香味,十分清新,湯底是濃郁的牛骨湯,鮮甜肉香,河粉幼滑。濱海伴香茅豬扒香茅豬扒醃得入味,用了香脆新鮮竹的生菜,包著濱海、醃蘿蔔及豬扒,味道清爽。越式手打炸蝦餅蝦餅炸至金黃香脆,蝦膠新鮮彈牙。香茅雞翼雞翼醃至入味,表面炸至乾爽,肉質保持嫩滑多汁。安南鮮蝦米紙卷檬粉、醃蘿蔔、蝦仁、扎肉及生菜等餡料,配上特製酸甜汁,夏天食一流。 continue reading

在東南亞菜裡,越南菜向來係我嘅心頭好,尤其鍾意嗰口清爽嘅湯河。食過唔少生牛肉河,旺角呢間係我成日去嘅據點——比起好多連鎖品牌,呢度嘅牛肉質素同湯頭都明顯更勝一籌。六十幾蚊一碗嘅價錢真係好親民,今次點嘅三寶河粉,牛腱、牛丸、生牛肉三樣配料畀得毫不含糊,份量足到男生嚟食都夠飽。-額外加30蚊點嘅小食手打蝦餅好驚喜,比起泰式蝦餅更顯扎實,咬開滿係鮮甜嘅蝦味,口感超正。另外仲食咗越式牛油雞翼炸得好香脆又有牛油香味佢哋屋企嘅越式牛柳粒紅飯都值得一試。紅飯睇起身似炒飯咁乾爽,其實係拌咗茄汁嘅獨特風味,配埋嫩滑嘅牛柳粒,醬汁濃郁鮮香,特別開胃。而家市面上做呢道菜嘅鋪頭越來越少,可以喺呢度食到真係難得。最加分嘅係細節:全程冇加一服務費,飲品價錢同茶餐廳一樣,加10蚊已經係特飲可以換購芒果西米露或者咸檸七,性價比超高。鋪頭離地鐵站好近,趕時間嘅時候嚟食,快捷又滿足😌 continue reading

去到油麻地搵食,見到餐廳都幾旺場,價錢又親民,就即興入去試試。舖頭佈置簡潔舒適,每個角落都滲出濃濃越南風情,一坐低已經聞到四周湯底的香氣。極品牛三寶湯檬•湯底牛骨味濃郁,飲落清而不膩,好易入口。•三款牛件各有特色:牛腱軟嫩、牛筋淋得嚟入味、牛肚無羶味仲好脆口,配檬粉仲有少少掛湯。•可以加埋檸檬、辣椒等小配料,令成碗湯檬層次提升,加添層次感。順化炸蝦餅•新鮮炸起,外層香脆,蝦肉相對彈牙。•炸粉唔會過厚,蝦香配埋雞醬,開胃得嚟唔油膩,好岩做小食。越式蝦醬通菜•通菜蝦醬調味唔錯,味道咸鮮唔過火,蝦醬唔會掩蓋蔬菜本身清甜龍眼冰•做得足料,夠凍唔過甜,清新解膩。整體而言,餐廳無論係湯底、炸物定小炒都見心思。去開油麻地或者旺角,想食一餐有質素又唔貴的越式料理,可以考慮一試。 continue reading
