最近我去咗尖沙咀嘅「Ha Noi」,食咗啲正宗越南菜,真係好滿足!一入到去,環境幾好,差唔多坐滿。我試咗「極品牛三寶湯河粉」,呢碗湯河粉真係好食!生牛肉有牛味,啖啖都係肉,湯底清甜,味道濃郁,飲落去真係唔錯。配上啲香菜辣椒同青檸,味道更加提升,真係好正!接住我叫咗「越式炸蝦餅(細)」,呢個小食炸得金黃酥脆,蝦肉鮮嫩,咬落去好有蝦味,搭配埋佢嘅醬汁,味道更加出色。我仲試咗「河内特色綜合湯檬」,呢碗湯檬好豐富,有好多配料,雞絲,生牛肉,牛腩,好豐富。湯底清爽,呢碗揀咗檬粉,食落去唔會膩,唔同嘅配料搭配得幾好,但感覺河粉吸湯好食d,口感非常好。再有就係「越式炸春卷」,春卷外脆內嫩,裡面嘅餡料豐富,真係幾好味。飲品方面,我叫咗「青檸椀打」,清新又解渴,啱啱好適合炎熱天氣。最後,我試咗「鮮芒果西米露」,西米煮得啱啱好,芒果略嫌少,得幾粒,食完全杯都係椰奶,椰奶濃郁,飲落唔太甜。整體嚟講,「Ha Noi」嘅食物質素高,服務態度都幾好,價錢合理。已經幫襯咗幾次,係尖沙咀大推嘅一間平民好食越南餐廳,必試牛肉河粉!

去尖沙咀行街,都係食中菜同西餐多,行過見到越南菜,就想入去試吓。我哋兩個大胃王叫咗好多嘢食,一個順化蕃茄蟹肉扎肉湯濛,一個香茅豬扒撈檬,一個越式炸春卷,一個越式豬頸肉,一個上湯灼生菜,一杯椰汁紅豆冰,一杯椰汁珍多冰。順化蕃茄蟹肉扎肉湯濛:蕃茄味好濃,蟹肉唔算太多,扎肉三塊,仲有幾個豆腐卜同蕃茄,蕃茄嘅人一定啱食。香茅豬扒撈檬:豬扒都幾鬆化,煎炸得幾香口。職員再提醒枱面有越式酸醬,可以撈落檬粉度食。豬扒好大塊,仲有紅蘿蔔絲,青瓜絲同薄荷葉做配菜。越式炸春卷:呢個好味,炸到脆卜卜,不過只有墊底一塊生菜,如果有兩塊就更好。越式豬頸肉:燒得好香,肉質嫩滑,有焦香味,呢個都不錯。上湯灼生菜:正常發揮啦,都係普通生菜。椰汁紅豆冰,椰汁珍多冰:我飲珍多冰,椰汁味都夠,不過其他配料比較少。紅豆冰唔係我飲,估計正常。
