今日到FD屋企玩,睇到圍方又開咗唔少新鋪頭。哩間餐廳裝修得好靚,以原木風為主色,好適合打卡。晚上提供套餐同埋單品,套餐宮.雅宴好抵食,咁試試。菠蘿蘇打,上層蘇打下層菠蘿果汁,成漸變色,好靚。飲落唔會好酸,淡淡菠蘿香味好清爽。熱柚子蜜,柚子蜜清甜潤滑,冬日飲落好溫暖。前菜,有5款唔同品種前菜,其中韓式小蔥最特別,香辣惹味又唔會好辣,全部食完加40HKD可以無限refill。傳統年糕湯,韓式傳統味道,用紫菜放入高湯吊味,再加入雞蛋,大蔥,年糕等配料,飲落好清甜。韓國生菜包配自家辣醬,生菜包有大葉,生菜同埋蒜片辣椒圈,仲要搭配埋自家制辣醬,好正。巨大牛小排,真係超大一件,牛小排雪花分明,微微炙燒已經可以食。入口牛味香濃,肉質軟嫩簡直入口即化。牛肉拼盤,有3款牛肉,搭配埋藕片同香菇。其中和牛外裙肉最好味,外群肉厚薄適中,再搭配埋生菜同辣椒片,簡直人間美味。八爪魚,八爪魚預先用韓式醬汁醃制過,要減細點才方便烤。食落八爪魚肉質Q彈,調味係偏甜果種,唔洗再點醬都夠味。芝士白菌,數款菌菇同埋芝士一齊燒,用芝士調味,菌菇食落更加清甜還有陣陣奶香味。半半炸雞,炸雞做得好出色,外皮香脆,內裡雞肉軟嫩仲要暴曬
