To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 星期五大約11:30am到 已見全場爆滿我地兩個人都好快有姐姐招呼我地坐係魚缸旁邊 呢個位幾好 非常闊落又有魚睇下一黎到就叫左好多心水點心, 主要係樣樣都想食 就放縱地點蝦餃燒賣走唔甩 另外最開心係有我最鐘意食既蘿蔔千絲酥 要知道宜家唔係間間酒樓都有蝦餃好足料 唔係搵D蝦碎hea你 真係啖啖都係蝦肉其次燒賣同樣出色 好香濃既菇味 仲要上枱係出哂煙 夠新鮮熱辣今次飲茶食得好開心

呢度既米網腸好薄，蝦都好彈牙的。皮蛋瘦肉粥係生滾的，要撈一撈啲咸料同個粥先好食。蓮蓉包好圓，撕開有好香滑既蓮蓉走出嚟，感覺唔錯。竹笙腐皮卷有濃湯，啲腐皮卷多汁，有蝦係啲咸裡面。燒賣有豬肉同有蝦同冬菇都好足料嘅，又大粒 ，味道非常之唔錯。

奶皇流沙包 哇，呢個真係一絕！包皮輕薄，流沙一口咬落去，真係好滑，好香甜，真係可以食幾隻！個餡料仲係熱辣辣，完全唔會膩口。山竹牛肉球 呢個牛肉球味道幾好，肉質嫩滑，還有啲微辣嘅味道，整體口感非常唔錯，食一口就忍唔住想再多一粒！鮮牛鯇魚腩粥 呢個粥就真係好舒服，粥底滑溜，牛腩好軟，魚腩亦都好新鮮，飲落去暖心暖胃，適合返工後嚟一碗整體來講，我對其他食物嘅滿意度。價錢方面亦都合理，非常值得一試！下次再帶多啲朋友一齊嚟。

下午茶時段，侍應通知有一款點心已沽清，我們向侍應取新的點心纸想下單，酒楼傳菜員剛上錯二款點心，我們説不是這枱號的，傳菜員取回，我們等了一會見没有點心到，便去收銀處問收銀員，其中一位黑面語氣不好回應，另一位較有禮貌回應，原来共有二款點心沽清，侍應没有說清楚，只好再下单，近大禮堂的瘦瘦侍應一向工作態度很差，傳菜員上點心常錯漏，好多次上錯二至三款點心，到這間酒楼喝茶真的很受氣，以後不會再去。

一家人本身開開心心呢度食晚餐，啲職員鐘意推卸責任，落單被無視，攞啲唔凍既汽水，我要求要換啲凍汽水，啲職員態度好差咁話全部都係唔凍架喎，落咗單20分鐘，一碟餸都未上到，枱布仲要有污漬，服務同衛生差，差，差，差，差
