首先品嚐了香辣半筋半肉湯麵
湯頭香辣夠勁,半筋半肉燉煮入味,軟嫩彈牙,每一口都充滿了幸福感
寒冷的夜晚,來上一碗,暖心又暖胃


接著是重頭戲——花膠太史蛇羹套餐
蛇羹是這裡的招牌,以雞清湯代替蛇骨湯,配上花膠絲、冬菇絲、果皮絲、木耳絲等豐富配料,熬製而成
湯頭清澈鮮美,口感豐富,滋補養顏,不吃蛇的朋友也能愛上
套餐搭配的蛇王芬生炒糯米飯,更是讓人驚艷

大年初二,我太多餐廳開門嘅情況下,試一下呢間係位於沙田巿廣場三期的上海菜,這次用五個人,我們叫了臘腸糯米飯,酸菜魚,小籠包,芝麻包,最後湯米線。臘腸米飯太細碗了,以為一碟上,點知得一碗仔。望到都失望,酸菜魚啲魚唔夠新鮮,應該是冷凍的。米線不過不失,小籠包得個樣沒有驚喜,芝麻包超級難食,還留了一舊沒有食。過年要加錢,無可厚非,但水準一定要保持到,否則唔會有下次。總括,食物沒有驚喜,可食可唔食。我就應該唔會再幫襯下次啦。

在用餐經歷中,我對餐廳的服務感到非常失望。餐廳的女服務員,棕色的頭髮綁成馬尾,對待顧客的態度極其粗魯。當我8點半到店時,她不耐煩地打說,9點last order,語氣冷漠,讓我感到十分不舒服。即使我向她要求餐具,她亦毫無耐心,彷彿我在浪費她的時間,掉下一包外賣餐具。整個用餐過程中,她不段在大聲收拾餐廳的各枱面,我感到被忽視和不受尊重。這樣的服務態度實在讓人難以接受,我期待能夠在外用餐時享受到更好的服務,而不是遭遇如此不悅的經歷。我希望餐廳能夠對服務員進行適當的培訓,提高顧客服務意識,讓每位顧客都能感受到應有的尊重與關懷。希望未來能夠有更愉快的用餐體驗。
