這個月在上環工作,咁啱去到這間茶餐廳,門口望落去,是一間普通燒味茶餐廳,起初入去食早餐,都已經覺得幾好,中午去食飯,發覺這間茶餐廳,中午飯的味道都幾好,款式又多,然後有一天,收工專登去食晚飯,這間餐廳的燒味,非常突出,叉燒夠林,脆皮燒鵝,非常入味的豉油雞,所以這個星期,我早午晚三餐都係嗰度食,出奇地這間餐廳收10點,8:00居然有出爐叉燒,原來這間餐廳的燒味,好多人排隊買外賣,外賣的人居然多過堂食的人,這是好難得,特別推介,乳豬四寶飯,豉油雞髀四寶飯,價錢平足料仲要好好味,可惜我仲有三日,就去第二個地方工作,不過我有時間一定會過來食,這間餐廳的燒味水準,好過柴灣新桂香。

上環地鐵站附近有間叫龍邦燒味,網上盛傳係全港最好食叉燒頭五位,今日一於試試。早上11:45堂食外賣都唔算多人,咁就決定外賣,叫咗個半肥义油雞飯走胸,飲例湯,合共$45蚊。沒有因為佢網上嘅盛傳而收天價,以中上還來講算合理價。五分鐘路程返到公司,打開盒飯有啲失望,因為盒飯已經唔算熱啦,只可以話係微暖,連例湯都係一樣。如果食燒味飯其實希望啲飯熱焫焫咁就會開心啲。講返個燒味,雖然叫咗半肥瘦,但點睇都唔係半肥瘦啦,咁又唔係好韌,都有少少肥膏,好處係夠諗,味道還可以接受。油雞顏色深,有玫瑰露嘅香味,但淋響上面嘅薑溶只有蔥,完全冇薑,這點要扣分。其實好多時網上話全港點樣點樣好食嘅燒味,又唔係話講得過分,不過根本就係要睇師傅切嘅部份。整體來講叉燒好過油雞,未至於一食就驚為天人,但係好處就係夠諗,都收貨啦。

We came for afternoon tea time where there is a discount. $39 each for one type of roast meat item along with your choice of noodle and a drink.


This is the soy sauce chicken. And it was delicious! The skin was not too fat but it was glistening and heavily flavored. The meat was moist and tender. The broth had a drizzle of the roast meat oil and it came with some vegetables. Portion was generous and the rice noodles not over cooked.

同埋等嗰陣時就喺度望佢哋啲燒味,即係掛喺度嗰啲!睇落啲叉燒好多都係黑色嘅,有啲擔心買到嘅叉燒都係全部黑色皮唔食得😨不過返到去打開睇又幾靚仔幾吸引喎!即刻試一舊,個皮好好味呀!麥味濃郁又唔會話太甜太厚漿
男朋友話食到幾舊近黑色嘅都脆脆地
佢好鍾意食!但係唔知點解我全部都冇脆啵~
不過好香
因為我怕肥,都傾向夾啲瘦嘅部位,但係發覺有啲瘦嘅位置太「柴」、太乾🙈搞到好容易攝牙
呢度要靠啲分!鍾意半肥瘦嘅朋友都會食得開心,因為佢都幾多半肥瘦位置~另外感覺師傅切燒味好似好隨心,冇一個特定嘅size... 有啲一大舊好厚嘅、有啲就一粒仔🧐咁樣係優點定缺點呢?不過我就冇乜所謂~

燒肉方面,皮脆,肉同埋脂肪嘅分層比例都唔錯,但係硬係食落口就唔係太香,而且都真係幾咸,我哋成枱都係食咗一兩舊就麻麻哋有興趣🙈
如果大家經過呢間,都可以試吓佢嘅叉燒,其他就唔使啦!同埋唔需要特登去
