有同事食過提議過來試吓,提早預約揀定野食通知。當日有10人,但地方淺窄不能一圍枱,要前後枱這樣坐。未知是否不夠人(lunch time都無咩人黎架),部份食物上枱快,也有很慢。最慢嘅地方竟然係嘢飲,食晒成個餐都未有飲品上。有啲同事一早食完個包連一杯水都沒有。我們是全部都叫飲品的,但真係食晒先黎上,呢度扣好多分唔知發生咩事。本身睇評價見到鴨髀粒粒飯,賣相不錯,仲有好多汁所以我揀咗嚟食。說真的不是我想要的味道,簡單來說這個味道不是我喜歡的,而且啲粒粒飯好鬼腍,完全唔知食緊咩,啲鴨髀肉似軟咗嘅臘鴨口感(即係有啲乾啊),所以我覺得唔係好好味。今次餐湯係西蘭花菠菜,味道又係奇奇怪怪,不過尚可接受。薯條有食過麻麻哋,所以冇咩興趣(我都係鍾意食Five Guys多啲)。同事有食包,整體評價平平無奇(男同事話都夠飽不過唔知真定假),沒有驚喜,不過不失。 最後叫了甜品,選了鹹蛋黃雪糕配糖蔥餅,反而呢個甜品有啲驚喜,因為叫了五個,所以大家都分一半一齊食,好彩係食一半,因為都幾甜幾漏下。下次唔會再來食飯,不過個雪糕糖蔥餅可以試吓。P.S. 剛剛再睇多次鴨髀粒粒飯個評價,先知原來已經係2023年了…相信當中換了不少廚師,今日應該連水吧師傅都唔見埋 continue reading

作為餐廳的名字,這裏的漢堡包上邊一定會有兩塊大大塊的炸洋蔥,除了作為點題之作外,也是一個很不錯的配菜,炸洋蔥最怕是炸皮和洋蔥圈分開,這裏做得連貫之餘,內裏的洋蔥圈口感也夠爽,並沒有很水狀的樣子。餐廳主打的漢堡包也是很有香港本土風味的,但我點的是最基本的手打牛肉漢堡,漢堡扒內裏的牛肉不會太實,留有少少的空間感去填充肉汁,肉質也算是嫩滑,好的漢堡扒,基本也不會全熟,煎至七成熟左右就剛剛好。醬汁方面,用上半溶的高達芝士,再加上添上鯷魚的蛋黃醬,前者令到漢堡包本身的鹹香味更突出, 其鹹味和鯷魚的海鮮鹹味結合起來並沒有令漢堡包變得過鹹,反而突出了牛肉本身的肉香,這樣的配搭比想像中來得好。麵包是偏脆硬的類型,吃起來就算有太多醬汁也不會軟糯起來,固然能保存本身的口感,但是麵包吸汁醬能力相對較低,未能完全吸收漢堡扒的精華,這就是雙面刃。The restaurant’s signature burgers feature two large fried onions, serving as both a namesake element and a delicious side. 以前係旺角有間好鍾意食既良心Burger店,不過捱唔住經營困難就執咗一段日子,上年知佢重整旗鼓係土瓜灣重開叫Cutting onions,照舊菜單都係玩味十足,今日過黎呢頭就可以食返次呢個商場主打都係餐飲有兩層,不過人流唔算好旺,基本上Walkin都有位,晚市都有85折即刻抵食咗餐單除咗招牌漢堡仲有意粉同埋煎扒等等,環境比舊店開闊舒服咗,開埋門窗迎來秋風都幾舒服兩個人黎食叫咗一個招牌牛肉漢堡同素食菇包,配餐就有埋小食同飲品,大約百幾蚊一個人都好正常,飲品有橙茶,茶湯同味道都幾Refresh🌟招牌牛肉漢堡黎到依然係層層疊起勁豐富,牛肉帶住點點燒烤香氣同多汁,漢堡咬落有質感,唔會變濕爛幾好🌟素食菇包呢款就靠哂焦糖化洋蔥去吊味,食落有甜香加埋菇有彈牙口感🌟混醬芝士薯條可能晚市多人,薯條都要等一等先有,外脆內軟既薯條,小小濕潤加埋邪惡芝士冇得輸 continue reading
