食一餐靚午,食物同埋環境質素都要有一定要求。今次介紹位於北角嘅「Cruise」其實就係空中餐廳同埋酒吧,最特別嘅就係餐廳周圍用上大玻璃可以見到維港嘅景色。Weekly Lunch Menu 3 courses $238前菜油甘魚刺身微微粉紅嘅新鮮油甘魚,配搭青檸香草汁和同埋醃青辣椒,更加可以突顯油甘魚本身嘅鮮甜。麻辣布拉塔芝士中西合璧嘅菜式,分別用咗辣椒、芝麻、花生等等造成一個麻辣醬,配搭流心嘅布拉塔芝士,形成豐富嘅層次。主菜蜜汁排骨用咗香草莎莎醬秘製香料醃製,然後香煎到表皮微微焦香,豐富嘅肉汁實在令人再三回味。香芒羅望子醬炒鱸魚選用比較爽口嘅青芒果和酸甜羅望子醬香炒,而魚肉嫩滑。甜品分別嘗試咗芒果糯米飯同埋抹茶提拉米蘇,兩款造型都好適合打卡,作為一個完美嘅總結就啱晒。
