年頭表姐夫應哥哥推介入住北角「香港維港凱悅尚萃酒店」,得悉頂樓餐廳「Cruise Restaurant & Bar」逢星期四晚搞緊個「Thursday Tomahawk Night」,以特價推廣澳洲和牛斧頭扒,嘆緊歡樂時光時講起,好即興咁就上咗去試。酒店餐廳時尚有格調,走廊旁邊嘅藝術品抽象得好型。樓底高高且面積寬廣嘅用餐大堂光線充裕,最中央位置為水吧及開放式廚房。拍窗一邊有一列二人高櫈吧位。三口子被安排入座有維港靚景睇嘅角落頭圓枱。有一點好奇怪,週四明明係斧頭扒日,餐桌上卻只擺有筷子同羮羮,試問冇刀叉又點鋸扒呢?!(結果刀叉喺點菜後先上。)Gai Daan Jai Old Fashion($118):純粹因為個名得意所以點嘅雞尾酒酒精含量不高,「雞蛋仔」原來係形容啲圓碌碌嘅冰,$118似乎唔係好值!Australian M4/M5 Wagyu Tomahawk Steak($1,388):如相所示,烤至三成熟嘅澳洲和牛斧頭扒連骨上,厚厚嘅和牛紅潤有光澤,食落鬆潤多汁。食客可自行塗點另上嘅五款調味醬汁。牛扒身後面除咗有多粒黃紅鮮美嘅蕃茄仔之外,長條形嘅原來係秋葵天婦羅。原本牛扒拼秋葵天婦羅個概念都幾新穎,無奈天婦羅疑似用咗千年油炸出,即使炸皮夠薄食落口卻有陣油膱味。其他配料仲有爽脆嘅通菜。及微辣惹味嘅XO醬椰菜花。唯一兩款菜菜嘅問題都係偏油咗少少。個人覺得斧頭扒最襯就係夾埋啲蒜粒同炒飯食,倍添香口之餘,啲飯仲可以索咁啲油膩感。對壯漢黎講,一客澳洲和牛斧頭扒嘅份量絕對有機會一個人食得哂,不過對飲完幾輪歡樂酒酒嘅三老表黎講,三個人分一客就啱啱好,留定位食埋甜品。Banana Roti($118):多層疊嘅泰式香蕉煎餅質感軟腍,點上煉奶再連同雪糕食就最香滑,如果入面加多啲香蕉效果應更可口。酒店頂樓餐廳「Cruise Restaurant & Bar」環境開揚通爽,服務生好客友善,週四晚主打嘅澳洲和牛斧頭扒高質量足,價格合理,甚有驚喜,不妨一試。 continue reading

係海景酒店23樓任食3款M5和牛扒🥩😱 連同4款高質主菜都係任食‼️ 環境 超靚!全海景之餘,餐廳氣氛都好好👍🏻 星期二限定 極上和牛饗宴 $538/位 酒店每晚都做唔同Promo,我呢個牛魔王特登星期二嚟食佢嘅任食和牛排!包括前菜3道、任食3款和牛扒、任食4道主菜、任食薯條。 餐包全晚菜式以泰式風味為主🇹🇭,先上餐包,並唔係普通餐包,而係冬蔭功蒜蓉味😳 無諗過餐包都咁好食😭 呢個其實應該都有得refill,但要留肚,忍咗口! 前菜3道前菜有南薑椰汁湯浸蜆、炸玉米粒片及蟹沙律,南薑椰汁湯浸蜆用Coconut Milk做base,好香濃;炸玉米粒片夠脆口;蟹沙律好特別,以Peanut Sauce, Calamansi(青檸汁)伴蟹肉,酸酸地更開胃,仲有2片冬蔭功蒜蓉包! 任食3款M5和牛扒到主角之一90分鐘任叫M5和牛扒🥩🐂,分別有3個部位都任食‼️Flap Steak、Skirt Steak及Oyster Blade Steak。Flap Steak屬罕有部位,係中腹最接近腰脊嘅部位,每件均帶有脂肪,口感較肥美。Skirt Steak既牛橫隔膜又稱牛裙肉,屬胸腹部位,每頭牛約可取6kg,口感鮮嫩得嚟帶有咬勁,我應為3款入面牛味最濃郁!而Oyster Blade Steak屬牛肩胛骨後嘅部位,因為形似生蠔而得名,呢個部位較少活動,但肥膏唔算多,口感亦不乏油潤感。個人排名係Skirt Steak > Oyster Blade Steak > Flap Steak。想再試埋Striploin Steak可以 +$68 per portion,我就食3款都夠皮啦😂 牛扒配有4款House Sauce Selection,可以講4款醬汁甜酸辣有齊,按個人喜好配牛扒~全部起碼encore 一次🩷 任食4道主菜主角二係4款超高質主菜任食😍包括1/4 Sambal 烤雞、Pork Ribs (4pcs)、Black Pepper 虎蝦及燒油甘魚鮫。我想講真係4款主菜都好高質,泰式風味濃口味之餘又唔會搶主角風頭,燒雞肉嫩;Pork Ribs 用酸甜醬十分惹味,骨肉容易分離;黑椒虎蝦又係超惹味,呢個頂住肚都encore 咗一碟😆;估唔到燒油甘魚鮫都做得好出色,皮焦肉實在但keep到肉鮮。仲有薯條🍟都係任食!如果鍾意飲酒,可以加埋$158任飲Prosecco氣泡酒及紅白餐酒,而甜品就港幣$48起~ continue reading
