To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 去「姨媽」買嘢前醫肚先,食飽飽再行好啲!求其揀一間~米子越南嘢,睇吓得唔得!叫咗~越南春卷生牛肉河粉鐵板香葉牛柳粒菠蘿軟殼蟹海鮮炒飯越式奶茶首先出場~越南春卷,越南春卷真係要跟埋幾塊生菜至正宗,依家真係好多偷工減料,連幾片生菜都唔俾,真係唔掂檔,夾住生菜嘅春卷再點返少少醬汁,入口口感~正,皮脆嘅口感,加埋入面啲料,真係完美,好耐未試過咁正嘅春卷。生牛肉湯粉,牛肉嫩滑,牛骨湯底味過得去,帶小小甜。成碟嘢好豐富,真係乜都有,淨係牛柳粒小啲😂,入面有啲辣椒🌶️,所以好嘢味,唯此終鐵板底,所以攪到牛柳粒過熟~過熟「鞋」咗啲,反而其他配菜有『喧賓奪主』嘅精彩,成碟嘢清晒。最後菠蘿海鮮軟殼蟹炒飯,軟殼蟹感覺一般,一啖咬落去~好『苦』,同埋個人覺得個漿大厚,啲蝦新鮮彈牙,但無味嘅,飯粒粒分明夠鑊氣,味道都合格。埋單~$394回頭度:6/10食物質素合格有餘,對得住個價錢,服務亦不錯。

I’d say the roasted chicken (dry and disappointing) and the tiger prawn pad thai (looks great but tastes more like the HK style stir fry noodles, also way too wet)The interior is a total vibe though, cozy, modern and full of Vietnamese charm. Service is just okay, but the comfy seats make up for it. Overall, not every dish will wow you, but if you order right, you’ll leave full and happy🤰🏻☺️
