So there were four of us eating, and someone ordered a baguette to share.When it arrived, it was only cut in half. 旁邊餐廳要等位,這間越南店在12:50pm有一兩個空位,同事很怕等位於是我們進來試菜。店內的木枱木凳都算舒適。可是,我很久沒吃過一碗粉如此難食。外表很正常,應有的香草如九層塔都放了,旁邊有新鮮青檸加持。但碗裏面不論是湯、河粉、牛肉,竟可以同時都沒有味道,實在令人驚訝。明明已經是半生熟的牛肉,已經趁嫩食,卻沒有半點牛肉味,河粉的質地還好但毫無米味。加$10兩粒的牛丸還好,有牛味。加$10熱越南咖啡也正常,還好不如一般越南咖啡容易太苦,還有個鐵蓋保暖。同事點了豬扒撈㩚,她也形容不好吃。我嘗了她一塊豬扒,老干柴的代表。炸春卷幾乎只有炸物味和一點點芋頭味。花了$85一位的午餐,幾乎吃不到食物的原味,浪費了有特色的餐内裝潢和食物擺盤,差評是給毫無味道的食物。看一下上一個差評,在2024.10.16,那位食客同我一樣感覺,食物冇味道,只有棵芫荽有味,我那碗粉只得九層塔有味。不是故意差評,只衷心期望餐廳多放心機於食材選擇和烹飪上。Read More
