朋友喜歡食泰菜, 今晚去銅鑼灣希慎廣場三樓, 青青泰國料理.   裝修帶點泰式格調.冬陰功蝦湯, 酸酸辣辣, 帶濃厚蝦味, 吾錯.蟹肉肉碎奄列,  伴有生菜, 蟹肉, 肉碎加炒蛋, 幾爽口.炭燒雞肉豬肉沙嗲串各兩串,    雞肉嫩滑, 不乾身, 豬肉也吾肥,  配搭秘制沙嗲醬, 醋汁, 惹味好食. 黃咖喱牛筋牛腩,  這碗黃咖喱, 味道帶點甜香,  內有牛筋牛腩,  咖哩汁調味香濃有椰奶及蛋香, 少少辣.  拌上白飯真好食. 古法明爐鱸魚, 用金屬鍋盛載, 上臺熱騰騰,   鱸魚好大條,   古法蒸魚, 配些香茅,  檸檬,  可除去魚腥味, 魚肉嫩滑又有魚味,  伴上青蔥肉碎,  味道挺好食. 大蝦蛋包金邊粉, 傳統食品,    大大只鮮蝦放在正中, 下面是金黃色蛋絲網包, 內有金邊粉,  打開蛋絲網, 金邊粉滿滿,  炒得軟滑, 加上銀芽絲及加 點青檸汁,  花生粒,  酸酸甜甜好好食.  又可加上辣椒粉, 更加醒神.食物款式多選擇, 食材新鮮, 份量足.   continue reading

反映我在貴餐廳的用餐經歷,特別是關於甜品的衛生問題。當我在餐廳點了斑斕千層糕時,發現上面有許多黑色點點,這讓我感到非常不安。我立即向服務員反映,卻被告知這並不是問題。隨後,我要求與經理會面,經理才告知我師傅表示今日的甜品存在問題,因此無法為我們補上其他甜品。這種情況讓我對貴餐廳的衛生標準產生了疑慮。此外,在退款過程中,服務員對價格的計算出現錯誤,卻仍堅稱這是假期優惠價格。這讓我感到非常困惑和不滿。 我不明白沒有享用甜品為什麼要給予甜品價錢的+1服務費 ? continue reading

銅鑼灣希慎 新開泰國菜 #青青泰國料理上次去 #深圳南山 都已經試過, 估唔到咁快香港都有得食。 泰式串燒好味道,軟殼蟹炸得夠鬆脆,泰式燒雞夠香口,炭燒豬頸肉爽脆仲有大蝦粉絲煲。 記得要試埋佢地嘅 cocktails 只係$88/杯非常實惠, 成枝酒辦上, 唔甜啱曬體重管理。 另外house wine 都係$98/枝, 真係好抵飲! continue reading

今次偶然經過銅鑼灣希慎三樓新開張的泰國菜餐廳,入咗去試吓。點咗個馬拉盞豬頸肉炒卷心粉,味道不過不失,熱辣辣幾好食,豬頸肉都算爽口,不過豬頸肉份量可以多返少少飲品方面,試咗個熱唂咕茶,即係朱古力味嘅茶。由於佢係用茶包沖,所以無奶同糖嘅成份,好似幾健康,味道幾特別,唔錯唔錯。同行嘅朋友叫咗燒豬頸肉扎肉檬粉,佢話豬頸肉都燒得幾好食餐廳嘅裝潢都幾靚,地方大有好多位,商場入面嘅餐廳嚟講,價錢算係相宜,值得去試試 continue reading

其實,下午茶收$78一碟炒河(未計加一),inside an MTR station-connected shopping mall, 合理。但,現場不多於十枱客,廚師應該唔會好忙,碟粉係咪可以熱番啲呢?樓面有禮,環境亦舒適,但一碟只有室溫的炒河,是會讓人想再次光顧的熱情冷卻的。泰式奶茶偏淡,可以輕易獲得香港人對甜(飲)品的最高評價 (“吖又唔係好甜喎”), 融冰後很有君子之交的感覺。希望之後如果再嚟,會有改善。(It turns out that you need to write at least 200 words before you can rate the food, and that's why the last sentence -- 😅 Oops, just figured that they count one letter in English as one word. 早知用英文寫,話咁易就過200 -- 個字母~) continue reading
