To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. D 野食好咸d豬頸肉似係烚完再焗(最頂燶晒,下面白晒晒)通菜炒牛肉飯,飯同餸應該分上,因為d菜會出水,d飯浸晒水,又吾係食湯飯建議改進烹飪技巧,避免過度烹調或調味不當。 加強員工培訓,提升服務質量和顧客體驗。希望餐廳能夠正視這些問題,並作出改進,否則很難再吸引顧客回頭。

呢個二人餐餐牌有誤導成份,主菜實際係二選一,但呢個餐牌好似冇說明,入到去落單,原來要二選一,感覺俾人呃同埋啲食物好掂,難食,一定唔會有下次!一見到熱檸檬水又係用濃縮檸檬汁,原來都係百分百集團,真係咪搞。
