To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 本身諗住如心酒店形象唔差，buffet應該都唔錯，點知入到去一坐低行出buffet line已經一言難盡，頭盤同凍食種類少，刺身又唔係新鮮，燒味同熟食都唔掂，叉燒又鞋，啲雞又霉，落樓下大排檔炒幾個菜仲抵食。飲品方面仲搞笑，竟然見到楊協成，唔知以為自己入咗火鍋店，又或者其實有咁嘅budget寧願攞去食靚啲嘅火鍋。奉勸大家如果考慮食如心酒店自助餐，千祈唔需要花呢筆錢，有咁嘅預算出去食靚啲嘅西餐或者中菜更好🙏🏼 continue reading

    上個星期同屋企人食生日飯特突提前買定如心酒店的晚餐，買左冇耐就有酒店員工whatsapp comfirm訂枱資料，問左佢地生日會唔會有咩驚喜，員工都有話會送個蛋糕可以寫埋名，好細心值得讚👍🏻嗰日一去到員工就帶咗我哋去間細房仔，仲要有窗，特登問左原來唔使低消💰係因為早訂先有，今次真係真買早享受😋主題係冬日滋補聽到都覺得岩晒老人家食，果日一到餐廳就聞到好香爆谷味🍿拍得住某間爆谷專門店，又有雞蛋仔，不過如果可以有得自己整就正😋最正係個切牛肉，係類似斧頭扒🥩到我地食到中後段先見到原來可以同廚師講要舊骨位仲可以燒一燒，不過果陣已經八成飽冇要到，下次一定要試🍖到最後送左件生日蛋糕比爸爸👨🏻雖然佢把口嫌棄，但係睇得出都開心🥳 continue reading

    今日同班同學嚟食自助餐～間酒店感覺同幾年～前唔同咗好多～加上連住商場人流多咗～大堂有裝修過～食物質素唔錯～款式都多～平日午餐都有75折～圍起每人都係$347左右～冬天食佢哋嘅炆豬手同埋 生滾粥係啱晒～甜品有啲地道嘢～豆花啊雞蛋仔啊爆谷咁 都吸引㗎～ 如果有埋糖水仲好～🤣不過見飲品有熱維他奶～都幾特別～因為好耐無飲過🤣細細個會好鍾意飲～仲有麥精～今個新年睇嚟可以帶埋屋企人過嚟食餐好嘅～職員話上網買有買二送一😎不過都係太多人會北上消費～我呢啲怕迫嘅人～梗係選擇留港消費啦～ continue reading

      目測入座率不足4成，服務員多過客人食物一般水準以下，第一輪碟叉燒又鞋又勒 可能師傅都覺得唔妥  唔夠一粒鐘成碟換左 就好番d條魚n年先換  等第2輪成個鐘後，其他都叫ok一般啦 驚喜不大  本來都冇咩野，但遇到一個職員態度差，有點影響今次用餐心情，老人家夾緊嘢，前後又冇人等緊(吉場)，放慢d個夾都比佢屹話度度都有夾，唔通囉走你隻夾咩，老人家反應放唔切啫 唔駛咁緊張既個場冇咩人真係唔怪之得，元旦日竟然得10台客唔夠 continue reading
